Stopped in during a work conference as I was feeling something light (seems like everything else in Gatlinburg is either pizza, alcohol, bkfst food or burgers) so I appreciated the menu here. Sherri did an awesome job! The restaurant was completely empty, I feel like people don’t realize it’s there, but I encourage you to check it out! Great portion sizes and flavor.

Do not eat here. Everything is either frozen and microwaved or simply the most absolute insultingly garbage food you have ever seen. I will break down everything so you truly understand the reasons behind my review.

1. Spinach Artichoke Dip
Delivered ice cold, microwaved not baked, served with sour cream and Mexican salsa.. I told the server to take it back and re-microwave it for longer than they already did. She said okay and did just that. No flavor..

2. Cajun Penne
Delivered ice cold. Rubbery shrimp and dry sausage. No spice, just obviously marinara mixed with cream and very out of place bell peppers. No cajun seasoning, nasty. Had to send back to remake to at least be warm.

3. Ribeye with “demi glaze”
Delivered ice cold. Steak looked steamed with pitiful grill marks. Had absolutely no flavor. The “demi glaze” was a cornstarch slurry sauce that tasted like nothing. I have had better salisbury sauce in a Michelina microwave meal. Seriously insulting that this restaurant sells this food especially at the price they do.

I spoke to the chef and told him I travelled 10 hours to be served an ice cold meal and we spoke about the insulting mislabeling of everything I spelled out above. I told him I was going to pay for the meal, because I was so hungry I needed to eat. But at 120$ for the entire bill- 60$ for the BS steak- this was unforgivable. I paid for the meal, but it was the worst meal Ive been served in 33 years of life.

I got Truffle Fries for an appetizer and shrimp and grits for my meal. Both were delicious.
Google told me this restaurant was probably closed, but I stayed in the hotel and it is most definitely open
