Established in 1998, we are a family-owned, and run business located in the heart of the Hagerman Valley. We use only the freshest ingredients to make our homemade soups, sauces, dressings, and much more. Our fresh-cut steaks are grilled to perfection and our juicy burgers are to die for. We hand-cut our fries and make all appetizers and soups daily. As a small-town business, we understand the importance of community and supporting those around us. All trout and catfish are raised just down the road at the Hagerman Fish Hatchery. Our finger steaks and sirloins are cut by a nearby butcher to ensure the highest level of freshness and all desserts are made homemade each week by a local baker. Come on in and let us take care of you!

Get the fries. They’re 10/10
Service was fabulous. Thank you so much, Zoey!
Heard around the table. “Oh my goodness, I can’t decide if I am satisfied with my plate or jealous of yours!”
The Mushroom Swiss was packed high with mushrooms and cheese cooked exactly how we requested.
The lemon pepper trout was flaky morsels that made everyone at the table wish they had ordered it.
The steak bites were moist and seasoned to perfection.
The loaded potatoes were prepared for your immediate enjoyment, sliced for mixing.
The stuffed mushrooms were brimming with flavor.
A hearty feast indeed
Followed by the melt in your mouth churro cake. “Oh my goodness, it is like Grandma’s coffee cake but moist,” Good enough to vanish from your spoon. If you hold it too long, your neighbor might eat it while you look at it.
This will be a must stop for our family when we travel through Hagerman Idaho again. It may even be the reason we drive 12 hours to enjoy the food.
sorry pics were taken shortly after we already started eating…we were starving!
I had the finger steak, every bit was flavorful and tender and the portion size was large. While it didn’t need it I really enjoyed it with their horseradish sauce.
My wife had the rainbow trout, full of flavor and cooked to perfection. We also each had a glass of their house wine.
Our total bill (after tax and tip) was under $50, which was also amazing. We will definitely drive out of our way to stop by here again.
I had the trout, loaded potato, & green beans. Taco soup was delicious too!
