My daughter treated me to Mother’s day dinner. After getting seated our waiter Carlos came by introduced himself and asked if it was our first time. We said yes. He was very welcoming and patient with us. His service was OUTSTANDING! Best we’ve had! His attention to making sure our drinks stayed full and if he could get us anything else made our visit very pleasant. After reading some reviews we we’re kind of nervous BUT his service changed all that. He brought out hot soft rolls and mentioned they were actually house made Hawaiian rolls!!! As appetizers we orderd the glazed steak bites w asparagus. Delicious! Both kids ate up the asparagus! Both kids had chicken alfredo. They could not stop raving how good it was! The honey and I had new York steak. Everything was delicious and hot. We will definitely be going back.

Services were exceptional, but the food quality was not all there. Ribeyes were dry even though it’s overcooked medium rare and chicken breast was dry. The salmon was dry and the sides were not to die for. I would not get the salmon

Service was amazing, the decoration was beautiful but it felt congested, and the food was delicious but I felt there were trying to go with a unique approach on the entree menu. I think they should just simplify it.

$16 Caesar was just a hunk of lettuce with about a teaspoon of dressing. Presentation was nice. Asked for more dressing a got another tsp. Really? Wine list was terrible. Offered only 2 cabs Josh and Justin for $175. Salmon a little undercooked. Overall probably won’t eat there again.

We been eating here at least twice a month, I have noticed that service became super bad, there’s probably 2 server that is good but the rest are lousy , please Mr.Chairman check all your server in every restaurants you have , either they are tired or not happy . Friday was the worse ; gave us our drinks “no straw” I asked, took her 25 minutes to come back . Asked for steak sauce she said “we don’t have any of that sauce” I said “I get it all the time “. Bad enough she took almost 40 minutes to bring our food but never came back to us, our soda is empty, water empty ! Then time to pay, I laid my vouchers on the table , she came and picked up the voucher and said “ you’re using coupon”( very loud that I felt embarrassed) I said that’s not coupon , we earned that . She knew I got offended! This is the only time she became nice because I’m about to report her !!!

My first time in this place and I felt really uncomfortable, the waiters completely ignored us for 20 minutes, I don’t know if it was because we look different, but that experience was embarrassing for me and my mother, since the other customers noticed it . The food is very tasty and the host was always very friendly.

First of all, a Steakhouse should get their main entrees right. I ordered the ribeye steak at medium rare and received it overcooked. I didn’t send it back because we waited a while for the main entrees. My wife ordered the chicken and received a chicken breast that was cut in half to make it look like she was receiving 2 chicken breasts. The sides were tasty but the roll was dry and crumbling. It looked like a store bought roll that was old. I will not come here again, especially at these prices. It’s really a shame because the atmosphere and the staff was great!

My review isn’t meant to be mean but it is probably going to sound a little harsh because it is honest. I ordered the New York Strip. It was the equivalent of if you were to get a steak from Dennys . It had absolutely no flavor. They did not season it at all, no salt no pepper, nothing. The carrots were very good but the I also ordered the Brussel Sprouts and I got two Brussel sprouts cut in half, I expected a little more from a steak house.
