This is an out of the way place that is really not at rivers edge. The bike path and road is on between and the river is hidden by trees and dozens of feet away. The food is standard and the price consumer friendly.

Decided to go to The Rivers Edge bar last night and was completely and utterly blown away….. the bar staff were completely and utterly some of the best and most friendly people I have met in a while. I walked in and it felt like I had been coming there for 20+ years, and they were genuinely glad to see me. Now that’s saying something after I was having a long and trying day. And they made me feel like it was gonna be alright and they gave me someone to talk to. The alcohol prices are great. I had both beer and liquor and both were very reasonable. They also have White Claw which I have never seen in a bar before and I loved the variety. I got to meet the owner and he is just a great and down to home person. I didn’t even know him and he greeted me with smiling face and a great handshake. And at the end of the night shook my hand again told me it was great to meet me and that he would love to see me there again. I mean it’s the moments like that I think now a-days we can’t find in bars often and I am just happy I found a bar that this actually happens. I ended up ordering the burger and fries with mozzarella sticks and loved every bit. Everything was sooooo fresh. This bar was just amazing and really a great place to hang out and just have a great evening. 10/10 would recommend for a nice night out with low stress and great alcohol.

I’m new to this venue and I’m ecstatic that when old school mobile DJ John Johnson is there you can do open Jam and karaoke and poetry even if that’s what you do. Myself I’ve already done all three hell yeah. Lots of other good news should follow the River’s Edge lead of having more than one option has something to do. Atmosphere has been positive I haven’t seen any problems and I’ve been there twice. Service I’ve never had to wait more than 3 minutes to get a drink. One time they even bought me a drink hell yeah. As far as food I’ve not had it but her good things and it looked good. So you all should go and check this place out

The best burger in town. Its got great taste. The atmosphere is fun and entertaining. The new owner is really friendly along with all his staff. I found a really good hangout to come and unwind down from work or life in general.

If you’re looking for a laid back, comfortable, good time experience, river edge is the place to go. Charlie & Karen are wonderful and very personal. They appreciate everyones service and definitely take care of you when you’re here. Never any problems when my boyfriend and i have gone. The food is wonderful and the drinks are even better. They have corn hole, bad miton, volleyball and bonfire’s as well. The place is always clean and corona free. They have very high expectations on the way their bar is suppose to be ran and they achieve every one. Its a nice place to get away for the evening and the people they bring in are wonderful and you wont leave without a good conversation. Definitely would choose to come here than any other bar. Good vibes all the way. Don’t question yourself when you think about going to the River Edge!
