The hot chocolate is not worth $3.50. It’s like dish water with little flavor, and lukewarm. You can get a better cup of cocoa faster at a gas station for 99 cents. Or go south on Buffalo for better coffee.

We come to this coffee shop once a year while on an annual trip. I have always looked forward to it despite that they are always busy and we have to wait in line- I’m patient. Today, we stopped in and the line was out the door. So we waited about 30 minutes to get up to the counter. We get up there and when I ordered the cashier said they stopped serving breakfast 20 minutes ago and lunch would start in 2 minutes. I say okay can I get one of those menus? She says they’ll have them out in 2 minutes. So I say okay and pay for the 2 things we did get.. and she just stands there and says you’ll have to get back in line. She was super unapologetic and just seemed annoyed. Of course, the line is still out the door… so my options were, wait another 30 minutes or choose from non breakfast or lunch items (there are like 3 options). The one item we did order ( a yogurt) took us about 30 minutes to get… and we never did get the drink we ordered. I’m usually not a complainer, but overall just a bad experience. It was embarrassing- everyone was watching… and we wasted an hour to leave and go through a drive through.

Great place to meet for coffee, tea and treats. I had the Acai fruit bowl and pumpkin Chai tea. They were super busy and only had 3 workers. They did a great job keeping up!

Wow. What a great place the River has become in downtown Warsaw! Both of their locations have always had great service, coffee food and employees- but in Warsaw the atmosphere WAS lacking. They moved directly across the street- wow. It is an amazing place to come sit, drink, talk or read. 10 out of 10. Some seating on the main floor- lots in the basement.

Hands down my favorite coffee shop. The girls behind the counter are always greeting me with a smile. Even when they are super busy the line moves quickly.
It’s a great meeting spot with plenty of seating options. I’ve gotten many of their drinks but my favorite is the build your own lotus. The girls working are super helpful when you want to try something new and are always recommending their favorite.
