I read the previous reviews, and decided to give this place a try while here in Portland. I was not disappointed. The Crab Rangoons are simply amazing.

There was a little wait since they were busy. But they were fast. The AC was broken or not capable to manage and it was unbearably HOT! I’m sorry but that was unacceptable.

Wonderful new addition to Portland! Last week we got take out and enjoyed it. Today I took my son and his girlfriend, who are visiting from Austin. We all loved our entrees! Generous portions, food was delicious and beautiful presentation. Only thing you could work on is atmosphere. Putting on some music would go along way. It was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. Great food! My new favorite in town for sure!

I recently dined at the Rice Hat and had a fantastic experience. The fried dumplings were a standout with their perfectly crispy exterior. As for the pho, it was bursting with flavor, making each spoonful a delight. The combination of great food, attentive service, and inviting atmosphere truly made my visit memorable. I highly recommend trying out their fried dumplings and savoring the flavorful pho. It’s a culinary experience that shouldn’t be missed!

They just opened and we had a great to go experience. Just 20 minutes from phone call to walking out of the restaurant with food. Neat menu with options for everyone. We enjoyed the fresh/fragrant shaken beef, great texture orange chicken and happy family with plenty of vegetables. The edamame was a little flavorless, would recommend trying the garlic upgrade. In my brief time in the restaurant, the place seemed clean and plenty of tables.

This was our 2nd visit in less than a month. 1st visit we had the Crab Rangoon (clearly made fresh), Lettuce Wraps, Lemongrass Chicken and Singapore Noodles, all were flavorful large portions.

Definitely a yummy spot to grab some dinner! Dishes were $15-$20 each and water is served in a giant pitcher but the food is great for what you get and portions are massive.

It’s the phō of my dreams! The broth is AMAZING and so is the meat we got with it! The service was great and fast and they had very friendly staff! The decor is soothing and unique, with cute little lanterns hanging everywhere! When there’s a cold rainy day- THIS is the place TO BE!! Nothing like a wonderful phō to warm you up! Will be coming back again and again and I can’t wait to see what the rest of their Menu is like!
