I ordered coleslaw with my fish dinner and they rudely hung up the phone on me! After calling back to order my food they stated that “I was playing on the phone because “I should know that the rib shack does not sell cole slaw!” Baffled I politly told them that I did not know and that fish just sounds good with Cole slaw. “They” refused my order and hung up again! Terrible Business

The ribs are awesome ! That was NOT what I ordered !!!! I SAID pork chops !! I asked if pork chops was still on menu. They said yes. I said again I would like a pork chop dinner. When I opened it,, it was ribs. I called back, they said sorry I said ribs, I DID’ T but I wasn’t going to argue with them. My neighbor said I would demand to get what I paid for. Well their food IS SO GOOD, that I just went ahead and ate them. I’m just saying always have them repeat the order back several times so you get the right thing. Because I REALLY wanted pork chops today !!!!

Been in tifton 4months. Ordered ribs about 5 times. Everything has been great till today. Ordered slab of ribs, baked beans, and potato salad. 18.00 worth of food. The ribs were cooked way to long. Everything else was fine. I called and told them about it, they had some man come on the phone and get smart with me. I just told him to forget it and that I wouldn’t buy from them again. To bad, I spent a lot of money there.

Order a whole slab of ribs. Got home, opened them and had rib jerky. These were the driest, most overcooked ribs I’ve ever seen without being burnt. They were also caked in seasoning salt. They should be ashamed for selling this trash! I won’t be back. Waste of $16.

Food is just not all that. it’s okay sometimes and horrible other days. the wings are the worst, the ribs remind me of beef jerky. most of the food is dry and over seasoned won’t be back.
