We have eaten here multiple times and it never disappoints!!!! From the great conversation to the amazing food, THIS IS THE PLACE TO EAT. We ordered a full slab of ribs, Mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, cabbage, baked beans, and a hot dog because WHY NOT!!!! When I tell you this food makes you want to lick the plate, you gotta go try it. Thank you Rib Queen for making food that is delicious, seasoned, and consistently GOOD!!! So I went to check out the rib queen for my first time and had a great experience. She had a setback but didn’t let it stop her from giving me great customer service with a smile and conversation. The ribs were excellent with great taste and her sauces were out of this world to. The sweet potatoes were good and not overboard with the sweetness. The greens were good and tasty with a milt kick that hit after you took a bite . I didn’t get to try everything I bought but everything I did try was great so I’m sure I won’t be disappointed. I’ll definitely be spreading the word and will be a returning customer. Thanks

We really were excited to try this truck as we have been looking for some good BBQ in the city and sadly this was the worse food and waste of my hard earned money. My ribs were hacked and burnt to the point it wasn’t enjoyable. The turkey leg we received was ice cold in the middle. After calling she shared she does freeze her turkey legs and “most” customers reheat their food when they get home, which is just frustrating because why would I order, wait and then expect to get cold food. The part of the turkey leg we did try was too salty. She was personable but behind this we will not return. No money was offered for the poor experience in the food. Overall, I am beyond disappointed and will now have to find something else for dinner.

When you can smell the ribs from a mile away, you NEED to stop and check it out. I didn’t know I was going to have the best ribs and greens on a rainy Thursday evening but here we are. The Rib Queen is deserving of her title and then some! She even came out to my car to give the BBQ I forgot! Best service and pure love for the craft. I’ll be back.

Her food was AMAZING! Her ribs fell off the bone & just melted in my mouth. Her Spicy Mac and Cheese is not too spicy but soooo good! I will definitely be back! The prices may seem high to some but it is completely worth every penny!

The Rib Queen is the hardest working lady in the food truck business. She was out here last weekend fighting the weather to provide made to order high quality bbq when anyone else would have packed it up and gone home. She went above and beyond to make our meal and I keep thinking about her Mac N Cheese. I’m looking forward to placing my next order soon.

So, to be fair there is a sign on the truck that says this is not fast food. I ordered the ribs and the brisket. True to the sign it was not fast. I got my ribs and was told to nibble on it and come back until the brisket was ready. I returned after about 10 minutes and it wasn’t ready so I returned again after 20 minutes. I then politely asked could I just have something that was ready to go. She started mumbling under her breath but I can tell that she was a little bit annoyed. She handed me my order then proceeded to verbally scold me. I just let it happen and didn’t respond. A man standing next to me heard her talking to me and asked “is that your mother”. I chuckled and replied no. Honestly the ribs were quite delicious but the brisket did not live up to the hype. I honestly could have done without that entire experience. I would avoid this food truck strictly from a customer service point of view
