We decided to try this place because we really wanted gluten free pancakes and it did not disappoint!! Every single thing we ordered was absolutely AMAZING! Pancakes, corned beef hash, home fries, bacon, eggs, sausage, gluten free toast, even the strawberries we got on the pancakes were amazing – and it was February, not strawberry season. Everything is fresh, cooked really well and delicious! William was our server and he was super helpful, kind and knowledgeable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

William was a great server, the food was great! I had the Habanero Benny it had enough spice to give the heat but great flavor. My husband got the pancakes and loved them. He also had the Cubano breakfast sandwich. It was good, could maybe use a sauce or something but it was still tasty.

Denzel took care of me as soon as I walked in. Coffee, warmed me right up. I got the Early Hen breakfast with chicken sausage patties. Served hot and fast. Excellent service. I got a chocolate chip pancake too and that was FANTASTIC. Little brown crisp on the outside. Fluffy and wonderful center.

Good atmosphere, great prices. I will be back.

Thank you for the hospitality! This place is a Gem!!!

I took my kids here for the first time today and it was great. I stuffed myself on the huevos rancheros and carne asada, which was cooked perfectly and delicious. The mini quesadillas were hearty and savory. The seasonal French toast with caramelized peaches was amazing. I don’t usually enjoy sweet breakfast food, but I regretted not ordering it for myself after trying one of the peaches. My youngest devoured every bite and it was not a small serving. The flipz pancakes were stuffed with bananas and peanut butter and were so very filling and delicious. Service was great and one of the staff kept singing along with the music, which was nice. Wait staff seemed happy. It was an overall pleasant experience. Definitely will return.

This place is legit! My favorite Indian restaurant this side of providence used to be here and it’s hard to find good Indian food outside the city, but with Rhody Hen here I’m not even sad. Super friendly service. Busy atmosphere on a Sunday. I sat at the bar and the tables filled up at nine almost on the dot. I had the Al Pastor tacos special for breakfast with breakfast potatoes instead of French fries. Definitely recommend stopping by! Plenty of parking, kid friendly. The food I saw coming out of the kitchen looked legit. All the staff was helping each other, too.

The food was excellent, the pancakes not only tasted good but they were presented beautifully. The gluten free French toast was great my kid said. Bacon perfectly crispy. The corned beef hash had a great crisp to one side and the home fries were so tasty and well cooked. 10/10 would eat here again. Oh and parking was easy too which is nice since it’s hard to park to eat sometimes in Providence.

Great food—the chicken and waffles was super tasty. My friend got some eggs Benedict which he really liked. We also got one of the specials, which were pistachio fluff pancakes with strawberries (which absolutely stole the show and were my favorite).

Small place, but super busy. Everyone told me to expect to wait 45 minutes and the server told us that too (went on Sunday at brunch time). But we got lucky and 2 seats opened up at the bar less than 5 minutes into our wait.

The service is excellent.
The food is immaculate, non-greasy, and non-salty. The ingredients tasted fresh and were cooked with clean-quality oils. This may not be a fact, but the taste was clean, and I eat outside the USA on a farm, so I can taste the quality.

First visit to this new location. They did not disappoint. Their food sooooo good. We were all amazed by how delicious everything was. The pancakes were nice and fluffy. The service was also good and their prices were very affordable. We will definitely go back there, and very soon! I totally recommend it. I ate the Cubano breakfast sandwich, by the way.

Stopped by Rhody Hen Cafe’s EP location for some breakfast. Went with the Habanero Benny. The mango Habanero sauce is sweet and hot. Hot enough where it’s gonna get your attention. Maybe too hot for some. Either way it’s gonna wake you up in the morning. Benny came with fried chicken and a waffle. Very unique dish. Look forward to coming back for the Huevos Rancheros.
