Our experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. We arrived early, and the waiter, who was new, was the only one there. He seemed completely clueless about the menu and the items we ordered.
When we finally received the bill, we were surprised to be asked to pay without any specific dollar amount. Here’s a breakdown of what happened:
1. We had confirmed during happy hour that the drink prices were discounted, but they were never applied.
2. When we asked the waiter to correct the error, he offered to fix it again, but this time, he didn’t provide any details about the bill. When I inquired further, he informed us that the bill was $20 more than the previous one. It seemed that he had simply added a $20 service fee without any explanation. This is not gratuity, but service fee.
Despite these issues, the waiter eventually fixed everything. However, what truly bothered me was the lack of integrity and honesty. His intentions were clear from the beginning: he didn’t want to show us the receipt and simply wanted us to pay without knowing what we were actually paying.
As a result of this experience, I would avoid going to this restaurant in the future. However, if you decide to visit, here are a few things to keep in mind:
– Ask for the receipt before you pay.
– Be cautious of any service fees that are added without explanation.
– Be aware that the staff may not be fully knowledgeable about the menu and the items you order.

We went on one weekend. Nice ambiance and my kid enjoyed a lot over there. Food taste and quantity are superb. Very tasty. I hope they will keep maintain same taste and quality too. I would recommend this restaurant.

I don’t believe that i have ever been in a more friendly bar. Carrie the bartender was phenomenal. Cheerful, friendly and makes a fantastic old fashion. We ordered the buffalo cauliflower. Cooked perfectly. Firm and perfectly sauced. The chicken wings were crisp and flavorful. Carrie accommodated us and put on Thursday night football along with the Dallas Stars. We will definitely be back A+

We were a big group of 18-20 girls. They took our orders separately. But they took more than half an hour to get my drinks. Whatever food we had ordered would be kept at the start of the table rather than in front of us. The servers had little clue who had ordered what. The name of the place is hookah lounge, but they could not offer us hookah because they had let little kids 5-10 year old inside. The kids were screaming all over the place. The dance floor was full of kids. The DJ was average. Overall I would not recommend this place unless they improve food, serving and the lounge setting.

Amazing food and drinks! We visited here on New Year’s Eve and had a great time overall. The only small disappointment was getting a table instead of a sofa if it had been mentioned earlier that sofas are first come, first served, it would have helped. That said, the food and drinks were absolutely fantastic. DJ Vamsi K, you truly rocked the night what an amazing DJ! Will definitely visit again.

First time here tonight since it was since it was Woodys and it was AMAZING!!!! Brandy was absolutely attentive, kind and kept up with our large group while being drawn in so many directions. What seems to be the manager noticed me pit on sweater and came over right away to let us know they adjusted the temperature. All the staff has been so friendly and helping. The atmosphere is fun and energetic. You don’t normally see this level of service these days. We will definitely be adding this stop to our rotation for Thursdays mixers. They definitely won us over tonight and hope this place thrives in the upcoming months.
