Everything was superb! Very tasty food, great views and atmosphere, great service. It was a bit pricey but that may be expected for this area (and the fact that the restaurant is located on resort property)

Absolutely loved my experience at the spa complex! From the moment I walked in, I was enveloped in a serene atmosphere that instantly melted away my stress. The decor is stunning—gorgeous, calming colors and beautiful natural elements create a perfect backdrop for relaxation.

The treatments were exceptional. I indulged in a massage and facial, both of which were tailored to my needs and left me feeling rejuvenated. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit.

I also appreciated the range of amenities available, from the tranquil relaxation areas to the soothing sauna. It truly felt like a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

If you’re looking for a place to unwind and pamper yourself, I highly recommend this spa complex. It’s a gorgeous oasis that offers the perfect escape for relaxation and rejuvenation!

Great restaurant! Loved the gluten free waffles and salads! I didn’t stay at this resort but came for the lunch after a day soak at another property because the menu looked so good and wasn’t disappointed!
Great professional staff, have me a table outside so I could have a business call while I dined alone.

Food was good but I wish they have sides on the main course. The service was phenomenal, fast and our waiter was good. I like the simple decor, minimalist restaurant.

First off the music had me happy relaxed but grooving at the same time! We got the Mediterranean platter as a snack between soaks and dinner. It was so tasty and fresh. Our server went out of his way to make our experience amazing… including hunting down some dessert chocolate for us even though they had desserts on the menu that I can’t wait to try tonight! Issac was incredibly accommodating to us! This is the best service I’ve ever had at any restaurant. And thank you to the chef for creating a unique platter full of flavors!

When the restaurant used to be Essence (pre-2020), it was excellent (5 stars!). I believe that because the public was allowed to dine there, it made it more of a “real” restaurant. I have not been since they closed the property to non-guests, but we surely do miss Essence.

We have been happily coming to TBP and dining the restaurant for at least 10 years, through all the recent renovations and buy out by CLC. We love the history of the place and the vibe. Food has always been fresh and tasty, with professional service. On our most recent visit, no wait staff or manager seemed over 22, which might have been fine . . . but then there was a “problem” with our entree & we waited over 30 minutes for our main courses. Which could have been made ok with an apology, a comped glass of wine, a little acknowledgement. Instead, our server pretty much ignored us, didn’t ask if we wanted another glass or wine, had a “whatever” attitude. When our main courses arrived, they were lukewarm and looked like the kitchen had run out of ingredients and run down to the supermarket in Desert Hot Springs for whatever they had on hand. Very disappointing. We could easily go into Palm Springs for a great meal, we don’t have to eat here. Keep up your standards, be more attentive and have some ownership!

Really enjoyed the Vegan dishes, though I also eat meat, this was a nice healthy brake. The cream of broccoli soup without cream or cheese was superb bursting with flavor of broccoli. Also had a delicious oyster mushroom & potatoes. Beet salad was excellent too, server suggested added greens which made it even better. My only complaint is it’s quite pricey for what you get, but it’s a gorgeous property, so I imagine something has to go for that. It’s a lot of stairs to go up to the restaurant, great view, enjoy.

Fantastic guest only restaurant. It’s rare to find a place that spends so much time and care on their vegetables. Great food and excellent execution on a concise and well thought out menu. Fantastic!

The food tasted very fresh and it was good. Some of the people in my group loved it, while some said it was okay. The menu in the restaurant doesn’t match the pictures or what’s on the site. A little disappointing to see waffles on the website and no waffles on the actual menu. The server was very nice but messed up a couple orders, apologized and corrected it. The view was amazing and the restaurant was clean. Overall it was an okay experience.
