Super good service kind and good energy . The food was delicious from the appetizer to the final dessert. The onion soup, in particular, wasn’t too salty and could be enjoyed without any artificial seasonings. The steak was perfectly cooked and melted in my mouth. The final crème brûlée dessert, unlike those served at other restaurants where they use pre-made versions, was freshly torched, resulting in a cool interior and a warm, not-too-sweet sugar topping, allowing you to enjoy the natural vanilla flavor to the very last bite. If you’re ever in Washington, I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. The four staff members who served us were all incredibly friendly and had such positive energy.
The food was good and the bread with an olive oil candle is a nice touch. I enjoyed my pork chop, the flavor was good and it was huge! The fries were average- I don’t know if I’d get them again. My husband had the lamb Bolognese and it was good. Their cocktail menu was good, definitely on the pricey side for the venue.
The service was good, our waiter was so kind and helpful when we were seated 2 feet away from the door of the kitchen. Half way through our time there, She helped us move 2 tables down so it was less distracting.
The environment was poor due to where we were seated. We were seated right by the wait staff/kitchen door. It was extremely distracting- the bright light from the kitchen+noise and the wait staff coming in and out every other minute just a 1-2 feet away from our table. I STRONGLY recommend they remove that table. If someone is paying $60+ for an entree and over $200 for dinner for 2, it’s absolutely unacceptable to be seated in such an uncomfortable place.
When you order black coffee, they serve the table with milk, chocolate shreds, white and brown sugar + whipped cream. It makes customizing your coffee a fun and interactive experience. You can also order specialty coffee drinks such as cappuccinos or lattes.
We ordered a ton of things, we were a table of 6. The chilaquiles. The county breakfast, which comes out in 3 courses. The corned beef hash. The pork + crab benedict. Everything was fantastic.
No matter how many times I’ve seen it, the “honey from heaven” is always a treat. It also really is incredible honey! Each person at the table gets a freshly made roll that also comes with in house made jam and butter.
Service is always fantastic and the view is amazing.
I ordered the Pan-Seared Salmon with acorn squash, crispy Brussels sprouts, and a spiced maple cranberry glaze — everything was cooked beautifully and full of flavor. My nephew ordered the Cheese Pizza (VEG) with mozzarella and tomato along with a lemonade. The first pizza accidentally came out with pepperoni, but Josh and the food runner handled it so kindly and quickly made him a new one. He loved it, especially with ranch on the side!
One of the best parts of the whole meal was the gorgeous view. The windows overlook Snoqualmie Falls, which was overflowing from the storm — truly breathtaking. My nephew (almost 3) was so obsessed with the view he wouldn’t even let me sit by the window because he wanted it all to himself. Inside, the Christmas decorations made everything feel warm and festive, and the restaurant itself was spotless.
Parking is super easy: complimentary valet, or you can park across the street for free if you prefer. Usually you need reservations here, but thanks to the flood warning, we were able to walk right in.
Overall, the food was good, the prices were super reasonable for the area, and the service was excellent despite the weather challenges. Josh really went above and beyond, and we appreciated it. We’d happily come back!
We stopped in for appetizers and drinks: crab cakes, jumbo prawn cocktails, and tuna tartare. For the price point, we were expecting something more memorable. Unfortunately, the flavors fell flat.
The atmosphere was louder and more chaotic than we anticipated for a lodge setting—definitely not the relaxing vibe we hoped for. Service was just okay, not particularly attentive or warm.
Great for a scenic stop and drinks, but not somewhere we’d return for the food or overall dining experience.
