I highly recommend checking out Knife! It may be more expensive than your typical steakhouse, but for a reason… the food is unmatched, the service was incredible and you’ll have an experience you won’t get anywhere else. The dry aged steak was very unique and the best I’ve ever had (I traveled the world trying different steaks). The other appetizers were great as well, the wine selection was nice and overall I can’t say enough good things. This restaurant is also listed on the Top 100 steak houses in the world. Personally, I think it belongs in the top 10. I flew from Canada to Dallas to try it out and will do it again soon. 10/10.

Nice and beautiful establishment. Really great, clean, sophisticated ambiance that the place aquires. I noticed a fireplace outside which with the rain today was calming and relaxing, the inside was lit medium dim giving it a romatic feel for valentines day today. The dining room looked comfy and warm also inviting!. I had the steak and fries with a expresso martini that really hit the spot. I ordered it medium rare and it was executed with excellence. I also tried the chimichurri on the side and it was zesty, herby, and had plenty of viscosity with the olive oil. I will certainly be returning to get another experience on a diffrent seating for dinner. Lunch menu are diffrent then dinner menus so make sure you go at the right time for the correct item on the menu. Valet parking is available outside but didnt see much parking around the hotel for longer than 30 min if i chose to do it myself.

We had an amazing experience here on Valentine’s Day thanks to Matt and Avery. From start to finish, they were so kind, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcomed. Their customer service truly stood out and made our night feel special.
They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even surprising us with complimentary wine, which was such a thoughtful touch. It really showed how much they care about their guests.

Enjoyed a nice meal here. Charles provided excellent service and the chef even came out after dinner to ensure I liked it. Got the salmon and liked how the top was crisp. Spinach and potatoes both accompanied it and had lots of flavor. But honestly the star of the show might’ve just been the garlic broccolini. Very good all around!

This has been on my wish list for a long time. So I had super high expectations. We have been to so many great steakhouses all over the country and many in the Dallas area. It started with really great. The service was nice. We arrived around 6. So the place was pretty empty. We ordered the onion rings as an appetizer because our steaks take a while to cook. Which was a good move because they really do take a long time to come out. These onion rings are delicious! The light and flaky breading were very tasty. I also have to say the ranch dressing is yummy! There’s a great bread selection as well. My favorite was the sour dough. Next, the steaks came out. I ordered the 45-day dry aged ribeye. I’ve had this before at another steakhouse, and it was delicious, but this one tasted spoiled. At the time, I couldn’t put my finger on the taste, but now I’m realizing what it was. I had to send it back. My sons flat iron steak was great. All of the sides were top-notch! I definitely wish we had time to come back to try a different streak. The reason why I’m giving the 2 star is because at the end, we were ready to leave, and it took forever to get our check. Then, when we did get it, we were charged for the steak I sent back. Then there was a weird awkward period trying to get someone’s attention to come and fix the check so we could get that $175 taken out the bill. It was just a weird 20 mins for no reason. The manager kept walking right past us like there wasn’t a problem. To be if someone had a $500 tab, I would make it my business to see why they’re not happy. Idk it was just weird. I would like to give a shout out to the bus boy Michael. He was very nice and quick to bring whatever we needed. A+ service from him for sure. Overall, I would suggest coming here and definitely trying the aged products. I just like to be honest in my reviews. Lastly I wished the smoke from the stove could be controlled better. It was a little hard to breath at times.

Had such a great experience at The Reserve The Highlands. The atmosphere is cozy, upscale, and perfect for a night out. The cocktails were incredible, but what truly made the night memorable was our server, Mary. She was attentive, genuinely caring, and had the perfect sense of humor that made the whole experience feel easy and fun. You can tell she really loves what she does. Exceptional service all around. Definitely will be part of my weekly rotation.

Did I go to the wrong Knife? I feel like this can’t possibly be the Knife that I’ve read so many articles about.
Bread that was served was cold
Pork belly plate was bland and lukewarm, took 30min to come out
Steak was slightly tough and under seasoned, took 30min to come out as well.
Better places to get a good steak: Brass Ram, The Monarch, Perry’s, III Fork, and Texas Roadhouse

This restaurant is a hidden gem. I started with the bacon appetizer which was one of the best I’ve had. For my meal I chose the Wagyu Ribeye, and it was one of if not the best ones I have had. The drinks and service were top notch as well.
The only negative is the location. The restaurant is in a hotel which doesn’t match the upscale feel of the restaurants.
I will go back but won’t stay at the hotel again.
