I ordered two catfish dinners with collard greens and smashed potatoes through DoorDash. I even selected collard greens as a substitution to make sure I got a full meal. Instead, I received two orders of fish and chips.
This was really disappointing. I was expecting a complete meal, not just fish and fries. The mashed potatoes weren’t good and ended up in the trash. After looking forward to a proper dinner, this completely killed my appetite.
I know it is a first world problem but very frustrating experience. I worked hard today. Not my idea of a nice meal to end the day well.

This place is an absolute gem. We ordered the wings, catfish, and lamb and every single dish was FIRE. The wings were perfectly seasoned with that crispy outside/juicy inside combo, the catfish was fresh and flavorful, and the lamb was cooked perfectly and packed with taste. You can tell they really care about the quality of their food.
What made the experience even better was getting to meet the owners. It’s women owned, and they truly treat you like family from the moment you walk in. Super welcoming, genuine people who clearly pour their heart into the restaurant.
The drink prices are great, which just makes it even easier to sit back, enjoy the food, and stay awhile.

Chef Skone You got something right there nephew!! Plus at toast! Shrimps Was On Point Sheesh!! Chicken got like a glaze, sweet rub seasoning or brown sugar type flavor it’ll be crack to a cheese lover it’s cheesy. Ain’t stop nun but that’ll be my only complaint which really ain’t a complaint, I don’t eat cheese like at. Bruuuh you should’ve threw bout 6 pieces of that toast in there sheeesh 10/10
