I recently experienced dining at this exquisite restaurant and it did not disappoint. The ambiance was superb.✨️
Ashley, my server, was an absolute gem. She was polite, professional, friendly and was extremely helpful when helping me decide on what to order. The food was so delicious and I was happy to try a few new things that I had not tried before. I highly recommend the Filet mignon steak tartare. All of the food was amazing but I truly enjoyed the steak tartare and cannot wait to go back for more. The calamari was cooked to perfection. The Escargot stuffed mushrooms were a delicacy. The crab cakes were . The Akaushi NY strip steak and the pork chop were perfectly seasoned and tender. This was one of the best dining experiences that I have had the pleasure or opportunity to enjoy so far. Hands down, excellent.

We went to The Republic for the first time this evening for my husband’s birthday. It was excellent in every way you could think of. From the second we walked in the door we were greeted by the sweetest hostess. She expressed excitement over our occasion, sat us, and let us know who our waiter would be. Within 5 minutes our waiter, Brendan, came over and also wished him a happy birthday, and was a complete delight in every imaginable way. He was knowledgeable, personable, funny, and so kind. Absolutely went above and beyond checking on us, making suggestions, and even knocked it out of the park recommending a couple of “surprise me” cocktails. We chose our meals, and he planted the excellent idea of switching up one of our sides for something we didnt even think of, and it was perfect. The food was immaculately prepared, and exceeded all expectations. We had a calamari starter, ribeyes, a butcher’s choice option we wanted to try (he had it sliced for us for sharing), Brussels Sprouts, and the Yukon Gold potatoes. We chose to try the key lime pie, and they even put a happy birthday message on the tray. As we were leaving after a lengthy time, the hostess even wished another happy birthday. We would come back for the food alone, hands down, but Brendan made the visit top tier. We would love to visit again for the experience he created for us. Really, all of the staff we encountered were wonderful, and overall, it was a phenomenal night.

OMG!!! It’s ALWAYS amazing at The Republic, especially when I get my FAV waitress Hannah!!! Don’t get me wrong… I’ve never had bad service. I’m just saying Hannah is my No. 1 girl!!!

If you’re looking to celebrate a special occasion or new job — OR just celebrating the fact that you get Hannah for a waitress — you won’t go wrong at The Republic!!!

I just celebrated Galentine’s Day with a friend. I even tried a new appetizer… YUMMY!!! The calamari is now in serious competition with the bourbon cherry bacon!!!

My absolute favorite part of each dining experience here is bringing home the leftover filet mignon to my pups. They scored BIG TIME this past Friday because I got filled up on the calamari and bacon.

Came here for the first time with my wife celebrating our 17th year wedding anniversary.

Appetizers:
Jumbo Lump Crab Cake- tons of fresh crab meat that was flavorful.
Escargot Stuffed Mushrooms- a bit tiny, but packed with buttery goodness.

Entrees:
A5 Wagyu Flat Iron- this was a special and it wasn’t tender enough to cut with just a fork like I’ve experienced, but still pretty tender and very juicy. Seasoned perfect to eat by itself, but it came with 4 different restaurant-made steak sauces.
Mesquite Smoked Short Ribs- very tender and can be torn to shreds with a fork. Comes with mash potatoes and gravy and some crispy noodles for texture. Very flavorful.

Sides:
Maple Bacon Pecan Brussel Sprouts- very delicious and flavorful.
Smoked Mashed Potatoes- very thick and smokey, but delicious. Definitely need some water lol.
Poblano Creamed Corn- my wife liked this, but I didn’t care for that creamy corn texture lol.

Dessert:
Marie Antoinette Cake- chocolate mousse cake that was perfectly rich with some kind of raspberry or berry drizzle. Also came with these super delicious alcoholic infused strawberries that paired super well.

Overall, it was a pricey dinner, but not as pricey as I thought. Definitely had a great time and worth the price and experience. The restaurant ambience was dim and cabin-like setting with lots of beautiful decor. Our waiter, Gabriel was super friendly and helpful. He recommended a lot of our dishes tonight. Lots of parking and they also offer complimentary valet services.

Outstanding. Prime rib was just right. Green Beans and smoked mashed potatoes were the perfect pairing. Loved all the flavors. The beans needed just a tad more salt. (Odd) I enjoyed trying the four sauces served with the prime rib, however, I reverted back to the basic horseradish sauce. Of course it has a couple of fancy infusions.

Food was served promptly (we were the first customers). I was disappointed with the attention we received during the meal. I could have used a second round of bread, however, after a 2-minute follow-up from receiving our food, we didn’t see our server again for quite some time. At the end, he made some nice dessert suggestions and we discussed food challenges for those that must watch their gluten intake.

Overall fantastic experience and will be back.

What a great place to have a few guests for a nice dinner and drinks. I know it’s a steak place but I had the chicken fried steak at the urging of another guest and it didn’t disappoint. How could it really? So tender I didn’t need a knife to cut it at all. I ordered the Mac and cheese as an additional side but didn’t need it as the plate had plenty of food with the potato’s and green beans both of which were excellent. The Mac and cheese was very good too. For dessert I tried the key lime which is one of my favorite all time desserts. It was good but needed more lime and zest in my opinion. A great keylime should give you the initial mouth pucker and this one just didn’t quite make it. All in all it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend this place!!

I’m in town for Fire School and decided that I wanted a steak. I sat at the bar and the service was unmatched. Grey was amazing and made the exact drink that I was looking for. I got the prime Ribeye in a 16oz paired with the maple bacon Brussels. Everything was great! I am more of a pan seared guy but, the steak was still amazing. I will definitely be coming back each year for training.

We came to The Republic Steakhouse to celebrate both my boyfriends birthday and our 1 year anniversary, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we sat down, the atmosphere was romantic and intimate—low lighting, and cozy.

We started with the shrimp cocktail, and actually the biggest shrimp ive ever ate. For the main course, we shared the 16 oz ribeye—cooked to perfection with incredible flavor, topped with mushrooms onions and bacon. The sides were just as memorable: the macaroni and cheese was rich and creamy, and the Brussels sprouts had a great crunchy finish with bacon and pecans.

For dessert, our server surprised us with the Marie Antoinette, which not only tasted amazing but was also such a fun and unique presentation.

Our server, Julie, made the entire night even better. She had an incredible depth of knowledge about the menu and gave spot-on recommendations throughout the evening. You can tell shes truly amazing at what she does.

This place is a must if you’re celebrating something special—or even if you just want an unforgettable meal. We’ll definitely be back.
