Dinner with a friend while on the clock. The atmosphere was awesome and the staff very professional. And to think the guests were kind and friendly. We appreciate to gentleman next to us that paid for our meals. My server Keyht was outstanding, as well as Sarah the manager for checking on us periodically, thank you both. The chicken fried steak, thumbs up. Now that jalapeño mac and cheese, that there was Great!!! We will definitely be back.

My husband and I loved having lunch at The Republic Grille! Bri was our server and she was awesome. Her recommendations were spot on and she had such a great attitude when I had questions about the menu.
I got the TRG strawberry salad and it was 10/10. My husband got the stuffed lamb chop and he gave it 8/10. Restrooms were very clean too. We’ll be back!

Our recent visit was an absolute delight, thanks to the exceptional service from the young host, and our phenomenal waitress, Bri. From the moment we walked in, a nice young man greeted us with genuine warmth and energy, making us feel instantly welcome. Their efficiency and enthusiasm set the perfect tone for the evening. Then there was Bri, who truly elevated our dining experience. She was attentive without being overbearing, anticipated our needs, and delivered every dish with a smile and a personal touch that’s rare to find. Her knowledge of the menu and spot-on recommendations made our meal unforgettable. The food was fantastic, but it’s the outstanding service that we’ll be raving about for weeks. Great experience all around. The website has clear pictures and descriptions. Their food is a unique take on American Dining and prices are better than the corporate owned chains for sure. The outdoor dining area is quite large, interior is a little dark for my taste.

We are new to the neighborhood and loved our first visit to the Republic Grille. The staff was especially fantastic. From the friendly welcome at the door, to our server, Jada, who was knowledgeable about the menu and the wine, and was attentive and enthusiastic about making sure we enjoyed every aspect of our meal, to the manager that checked in to welcome us. The food was excellent with a lot of unique options to choose from. We will be back!

The Republic Grill (Highway 99, Spring, TX) absolutely delivered.
I ordered the top sirloin, cooked medium rare, and it was phenomenal—perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor; exactly what you hope for when you order a steak, and honestly better than expected.
We visited on Valentine’s Day, so the restaurant was understandably busy, but that didn’t take away from the experience at all. The atmosphere was warm, lively, and inviting, and despite the crowd, the service was prompt, attentive, and genuinely courteous. We never felt rushed or forgotten.
A huge shout-out to our server Keyht, who did an excellent job keeping everything running smoothly and making sure we had a great experience. She was attentive, but not excessively present.
Great food, great atmosphere, and great service—even on one of the busiest nights of the year. We’ll absolutely be back, 100%.

Food was phenomenal, tender, flavorful, and everything is made in-house. Chicken fried steak, amazing. Chicken Picadda, fantastic. Of all the sides offered, try the bacon jalapeño mac & cheese. The cheesecake was large enough to share. Our server Ed is an amazing server, we will definitely be asking for his service on our return visit.

Initially, I really thought we were going to have a bad experience with our waiter, only because the amount of people that came in at once.
They were busy. It was a bit troublesome, but Scott persevered, and he made a pivotal change during our experience.
The grand surprise was the sweetest since I decided to take my birthday desert home. **See pictures** It was totally thoughtful and genuine, even with his sincere apology about the rush that came in.
Sometimes we (customers!!) just have to “wooosaaahh”!
We will be back, and Scott will be our waiter.
