Excellent cocktails. Good wings. My only complaint is that there is no option for dry rub on the wings. Slathering them in sauce takes away the crispiness. The crispiness is a desired feature.
Otherwise, service is good. And it looks like a great place to watch the game or hang with friends.

Sad we are regulars but tonight the fries were cold, the burger was cold the bacon cooked days ago, bun was hard and old. So disappointed they weren’t busy which we could understand. Not sure if it was the cook or servers never picked up the order when done. So disappointed. The best part of my meal was my husband’s potato chips.

Went to the Relief Pitcher for the first time tonight 11/7/23. I truly wish I found this place sooner. Fun sports bar atmosphere, very large bar and restaurant area. The bartender Cara and all the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Drinks were very good and the food was amazing. Burgers were cooked perfect medium and the wings were spectacular. Extra crispy and the sauce had just the right amount of heat. I really wish I had come here sooner. Will definitely be back on a regular basis. Highly recommend.

We stopped by the Relief Pitcher to listen to a local band. This visit was on a Saturday night between 9-11pm, the bar was not very busy.
We sat at the bar and ordered a couple burgers and drinks. The staff were attentive and quick to respond to requests. The wait between ordering our drinks and food and receiving each item was short (about 10 minutes for the burgers), as was expected on a slow evening. The burgers were a bit on the greasy side, but I was very happy to see that the meat was cooked to order, well seasoned, and portioned correctly, not too much or too little meat and it wasn’t bland and tasteless, an issue I have had with the last couple burgers I have ordered from other establishments.
Overall our experience at the Relief Pitcher was a positive one. I will be sure to come back and I am glad to see another establishment that knows how to make a decent cheeseburger!

Stopped in to watch the Syracuse Orange Basketball game. Grabbed a high top table and got immediate service. Drinks came fast and so did the pizza fritz app. The main course was Chicken Parm wings and Hamburger sliders. The sauce on the sliders was amazing. Will return.

This place is terrible. I came in for dinner and I literally waited 1 hour and 35 minutes for wings and fries. In that time I had a club soda and did not even get a refill because….well I am not sure why. After the long wait I finally got my food and it was mediocre at best. So let’s review…service was the worst and food was mediocre. There are 45 other places you can pick other than this place, do yourself a favor!

My family & I have been coming here for years, and we just absolutely love it. The new owner has made some great changes to the menu, as well as opening up a whole new section of the restaurant. It’s perfect to come in and watch the game or hold private events. The menu has recently been completed revamped and it does not disappoint. If you stop by on the weekend the must have is the new “Hangover Burger” which I included a picture of! The atmosphere and service is always excellent, and the food and drinks speak for themselves. Truly a great place!
