This place is awesome! I had never had juice at all before, so wasn’t sure it was going to be my thing, but I LOVED it! I asked the owner for the sweetest juice and he recommended the Shark Juice and it was so good. Literally tasted like I was on a beach in Maui and listening to luau music. My bestie got the Green Jolly and even though I hate green apple flavored candies and such, this was so good. Made me feel healthy for sure. I also got the Raspberry Chocolate Cold Brew, with homemade cashew milk. It was my first time having cashew milk, but it was definitely good. I would highly recommend that the raspberry subtle flavor was so good. Usually a latte girl but this was good. The glass jars are so cute and you can return them for a punch card and eventually get a free juice! I did NOT consider myself a juice person before this, but I WILL be back. The owner was so nice and the vibes are great. We sat and worked for about 2 hours and the playlist was awesome. Such a great addition to Cary! Would recommend for working, hanging, gossiping, vibing, or getting a drink to go! Juice is anywhere from $7-$11 and cold brew (12 oz) was $5!

Stopped by The Refreshery in downtown Cary on a Friday morning around 8:15 and had a great experience. The service was friendly and welcoming, and they took the time to explain their concept as a bodega-style spot with juices and coffee.
I ordered the salted caramel cold brew with house-made cashew milk! Freshly-made milk-alternatives are a nice touch and not something you see everywhere. The cold brew was smooth, and the sweetness was well balanced – not overpowering. I didn’t try a juice this time, but they all looked fantastic. Definitely a place I’m excited to return to.
UPDATE:
Well, I went back again and tried some juices and their baked goods from BE Bakery. So nice to have vegan baked good options. We tried a cruffin, croissant, and cookie. All of them were delicious.

I finally got to try the Green Jolly juice and wow, just wow. The drink was super light yet flavorful at the same time, and I finished it before I could drive back home. I also got to finally try the rotten gummies which i found hard to find but the Refreshery market is filled with awesome fun and hard to find products, so make sure to check them out!

My wife and I went to visit the Refreshery and purchased 6 different juices, the overnight oats and 2 coffees. Each item was packed with flavor. The juice lives up to the name. I cant pick a favorite, each one was out of this world. The overnight oats had a creamy texture and rich balanced flavor without being overly sweet. The coffee flavors are smooth and delicious. Love this place. Im addicted already.

I absolutely love this place. It is truly what Cary was missing. The couple that owns this place are incredily sweet, and have a passion for health, wellness and wonderfully crafted juices/matcha and coffee. They have a large selection of healthy snacks, including vegan options. The vibe feels like an farmers market meets classy cocktail bar. We purchased a matcha, coffee, and a few juices and man they did not disapoint. We have followed this family on tik tok as they worked on opening the business and i am so happy to see it come to life. If youre looking for a tastey healthy drink this is the place to go.

The Refreshery is located in Downtown Cary. It is in the Meridian East Building. There is street parking in front of the business and some on the other side of the road, too.
I noticed the high ceilings and simple decor when I entered, so the focus is on the products sold. There is a long table and benches if you want to dine there.
I was greeted upon arrival and given an overview of the shop and where everything is located. They were out of the pastries on my visit, but I did select two juices from the back cooler. The cold-pressed juices are colorful glass bottles and come with different combinations of ingredients.
I went with the Shark Juice as I was intrigued by the color from the blue spirulina. It had pineapple, apple, lemon and lime as well. It was a nice combination of sweet and sour, with a little kick to it. I also got a Green Jolly, with kale, apple, pineapple, orange and lemon. I didn’t like Green Jolly as well, but would get Shark Juice again and try some of the other juices. They were both a nice afternoon snack, and next time, maybe I can try a pastry too.
Besides the juices, they offer coffees, teas, and non-alcoholic tonics. There is a grab-and-go section with oats, chia pudding, dates, and guacamole. There is a large wall of snacks, from pretzels to gummies to mushroom-infused chocolates. coffee beans, protein bars. The freezer had cheesecakes in a jar. You will find unique products here, and a lot are from other North Carolina businesses.

Amazing fresh juice spot! Everything tastes incredibly fresh and perfectly balanced — you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. I love that they also carry local artisan products, which gives it a great community vibe. Definitely coming back!

Healthy & delicious is not often something I can say, but the pressed juices here are both. The shop is beautiful (obsessed with the dark green tile wall) & bright. Large selection of snacks & garden drinks as well as coffees & local pasteries. Friendly & helpful staff to round out the experience. Highly recommend stopping by.
