I was disappointed with the steak. Very tough piece. I didn’t complain and I didn’t send it back. So that’s on me. I’m very willing to go back and try it again. But next time, shrimp boil. That looked great. Table service was wonderful.

Parking was right in front of the building, and upon entering we were warmly greeted and sat. Service was prompt and thorough. We wanted for nothing. I ordered the Bluff Burger (10/10 recommend) and it was fantastic. The burger itself was much larger than I expected, and it was cooked very well. The burger also had phenomenal flavors. I would absolutely order again. My husband ordered the shrimp and grits, and that portion was also much larger than I expected. The grits were cooked to creamy perfection (not stiff/not runny), and had a wonderful flavor to them as well. The value for the food is absolutely there. We will absolutely be coming back.

Food is great, wait time was not long at all and service was fast. I had a sandwich, the Havana with Mac and cheese. The portion was just right for lunch, but I had to try my favorite dessert bread pudding. It was really good. Top was crisp and the inside was moist and tight. Caramel sauce on the side made it. Spot on.

When you look at this place and go inside you think to yourself, Man this food is going to be good! I was (we were) sorely disappointed today at dinner. It was a red flag when we walked in at 6o’clock and there was only one other table in the restaurant. The order went smoothly enough, but the menu is very straightforward. We got our salads in about 5 to 8 minutes, but only half of them came. Another few minutes go by and the rest of the salads came. There were five of us. Not too big of a problem, and they were tasty and the blue cheese was good. Waitress said they made it in house.

We really enjoyed The Red Clay Table for lunch. Prices were reasonable and the food was very good. My husband ordered Chicken Tenders and Onion Rings. His onion rings were amazing!!! I ordered Catfish Fillets with Fries, Slaw and Hushpuppies. Our server told me that I could get the catfish fried or blackened and I ordered it blackened. It took a bit longer to get my food than my husbands food. The catfish was a little burnt but it was still very good. Fries and slaw were also good but the Hushpuppies were the frozen hard ones and not my favorite. Would we eat here again? Yes we would.

They didn’t put any cheese in the shrimp and grits so it wasn’t very good to me. The shrimp was in some kind of brownish grey gravy. I won’t have that again if I ever go back.
