We start out by using only 100% halal certificated chicken tenders and marinating them in our world-famous Red’s Chicken Rub. After that, our chicken gets a bath in our homemade breading and then hits the fryers for a swim in our all-natural oil. A final dusting of Red’s secret Red Rub is applied and these bomb fire eats are ready to serve. Each sandwich or tenders basket is always made to order – fresh, fast, and outrageously delicious. Guests can choose between six unique spice levels ranging from Mild to FKU CRA! Yes, it’s that crazy. Our sandwiches come on a 3 potato rolls and are served as twins. The standard build includes bun, chicken, pickle, and house-made cilantro slaw topped with Red’s Famous Big Bird Sauce.

Came across this place on Yelp and it definitely did not disappoint!
Such tasty, very affordable, and big servings!
Upon arrival, the employees were SO VERY WELCOMING and shared with my husband and I the different options in spice levels and they also shared that it’s perfect for left overs the next day as well! And they were right! With the big servings, it tasted so much better and tastier the next day for lunch!
And do NOT skip the dessert! So moist and tasty!
Redbird is something great to have for a comfort meal at the end of the day or late night comfort food! Will definitely come back again.

I ordered the same thing again but got instead of medium. I felt it was hotter. My body felt it. I warmed up…heated from eating. My nose started water. My tongue tingled. This is what I’m looking for. Next time I’ll go for Extra Hot. I want to see if I’ll sweat and get hiccups. I also got the black seed cola and it was great!

My first time here; I decided to give them a try instead of the neighboring Starbucks.
Had no idea what to expect other than spicy chicken.
Here’s what I discovered:
They have 6 spice levels starting with not spicy at all: original.
They have a variety of options including mac & cheese for picky eaters.
I ordered the chicken rice bowl and at a medium level. I was ready for sweat, hiccups, my nose watering, possibly tears but Mustafa advised me to start at medium.
I felt a kick and that it was spicy but not enough for any of these effects. Next time I’ll go to the fourth option: hot.
The rice is gorgeous basmati rice fragranced with exotic aroma like red-gold: saffron.
The drinks are a refreshing change from what we typically see and I chose the Sultan Ice Tea with Black Seed. Mellow and delicious.
Total for lunch for a smaller person who resists bread and fries (a few of the menu options include those) was $11.29.
Food was served relatively quickly and I enjoyed every bite and look forward to coming in again and again until we find the right spice level for me. 9/22/2025 4:13 PM

Best red bird tender after a long time! Person at the counter is super cool, he explained the whole menu with lots of enthusiasm! Loved everything, prices are very reasonable, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for HALAL tender over rice or a burger!

Chicken Tender meal was tasty (although the breading kept falling off) with a couple of dipping sauces to splash around. Fries were nice and fresh. Would like to see a fountain drink option in the future. I want to come back and try some different menu items next time.

Best Chicken place ever tried. Better than Dave’s Hot Chicken imo because I’m biased but I did won some prize over on their Instagram. Anyways, hands down best Chicken place and will try to go here every month at least to try some banger, spicy chicken.

Came in here thinking it would be similar to another chain “Daves Hot Chicken”. While the appearance is similar, that is where it ends. The menu options were better, IMO, with a choice to have over fries or rice. The employees were super friendly and upbeat ready to answer our questions. The best part besides the options was that the chicken was super juicy, tender and had lots of flavor under the heat. It wasn’t just a covered stiff chicken breast tender. If I had a choice I would definitely recommend Red Bird over Dave’s Hot Chicken ANY DAY OF THE WEEK.

This place is great! I’m glad I checked it out based on the superb reviews. Clean and simple seating inside, and nice employees who genuinely seem to appreciate your business. The sandwich/ tenders were excellent, came with tasty serrano coleslaw and golden crunchy fries. Loved the extra sauce options at the counter, all were great and their house hot sauce was fire! I got ‘extra hot’ seasoning on my tenders and it had a nice kick without slowing me down so very enjoyable spice level. Price was surprisingly lower than expected considering the amount of great food I got. I don’t live nearby unfortunately but will definitely go back next time I’m in the area.
