Red Baron was pretty fun to be, our server was very attentive

The food was good, the pretzel bites were delicious very fresh if definitely would get more.

As I couldn’t decide in a cider I got a sampler , such a great idea… Samplers for beer at common but for cider that was new for me.

WOW…little DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH
Fish and chips amazing absolutely delicious.
The music playlist was a throwback to my DETROIT, MI local radio stations !!!
Bartender, Rachel rocked my experience sitting at the bar. As busy as it was, I was very well taken care of.

This place is an old school local bar with great food, excellent staff, HEINZ MALT for waffle fries and a warm, friendly atmosphere.

The Red Barron is a place not to missed for anyone in the area.

Come on down….enjoy Peace Out !!

It is what it is but it’s not what it ain’t

It is a nice watering hole with some odd 50 beers on tap. It isn’t a restaurant
We went there for a birthday party, the food came out 2 plates at a time with one person waiting 10 minutes after everyone else was served to get their meal. My sides only showed up on the bill, which also included another person’s dinner. The waiter was not shy about expressing their displeasure in having to correct my bill.

Excellent bar in Burton. As the name implies, there’s a theme to the interior and exterior of the building. Over 40 beers on tap, including a few international brews. I tried the Widow Maker, a black ale made by Keweenaw Brewing. I also ordered a Reuben, which came with homemade chips (along with a pickle, which I asked them not to include), and it was very good. Restrooms were clean, and the location of the building is good as it’s right off the road. As such, the lot is a bit small but I didn’t have a hard time finding a spot. I would definitely recommend checking out The Red Baron just for the beer selection alone; but getting something to eat is worth it too!

I had a burger and it was great. The service wasn’t that great. The waitress forgot that I hadn’t ordered my food yet. So I sat for a good while before she came back to take my order.

A local haunt for Burton denizens that’s been in business for decades, the Red Baron never disappoints.
The quintessential Bier Haus, their wide array of brews on tap is impressive. Michigan’s rich culture of local breweries is well represented.
Not to be outdone however, they also have an excellent kitchen. The menu may seem like a somewhat pedestrian pub-grub at first, but they always serve up high quality fare, as is evidenced by their wings and burgers consistently being ranked amongst the best in the area.
The atmosphere is casual, dim, and relaxing.
The staff is experienced, hardworking, and they clearly have an easy familiar rapport with each other as well as with many of the patrons.
The Red Baron is a cornerstone pub in the area, and should you ever find yourself frequenting the establishment, I guarantee it will become a favorite of yours sooner rather than later.

Food was amazing. Got the Rio wrap and my chick got chicken Caesar salad. The wrap was great, hot and fresh, and she said the salad was great. A little slow on the service but the atmosphere made up for it…. Overall one of the best places Ive been to in flint…. UPDATE:: EVEN BETTER THE SECOND TIME!

Came in for lunch on Tuesday, used to always be top notch service. Never really complained about the food declining, just because the atmosphere was top notch. There was a girl there who was new, clearly new to the entire service industry, and she tried her best, but was clueless and downright insulting.
Her manager sat on the barstool in the corner the entire time, sitting there on her phone, doing nothing to help this helpless waitress.
After about 20 minutes of not getting serviced, it was time to call it quits. The manager never moved from her seat at the bar, showing her phone to the bartenders and waitresses.
Unbelievable that she is a manager.

I really love this place, but their food selection is what keeps us from going. I usually go with my mom and she is a vegetarian. They do have a veggie wrap and broccoli bites. But the thing they don’t seem to understand, is that vegetarians still need some form of protein (especially while drinking). Most competing places have a black bean burger or a veggie burger or they have an option to add beans to a nacho, etc. So sadly, we usually just go elsewhere. The beer selection is amazing though.
