Tried Red Barn for the first time a few days back. Just moved back to Palmyra, so We decided to give it a try. We both got Hot Ham & Cheese sandwiches, they were delicious ! 2 days later, neither of us felt like cooking, back to the Red Barn ! We had Breakfast for Dinner, it too was Delicious. Casual Atmosphere, Plenty of Parking, Friendly Staff, Prices maybe a little bit high, but nothing outrageous. I highly recommend.

The menu needs more detail so as the waitress doesn’t have to waste time explaining it. The serve time was about 30 minutes. Acceptable. The food was ok. The corn nuggets were room temp. The party melt was hot. Lunch meal doesnt include a side. You have to ask for fries or sides separately from entree.The restaurant was decorated and clean. Will try them again.

Food was tasty and didn’t cost me an arm or a leg The rating for the atmosphere is mostly because of the other customers when we were there. There are some odd folks out and about.
As for the building and such … It’s comfortable and the A/C definitely works well We’ll be back to try other items on their menu.

We were on a road trip and came across this restaurant. The atmosphere had the down home, feeling which was nice. Took some time to order, but it was worth it.
My friend ordered a stromboli, buffalo wings & chili cheese fries. He thought he could eat it all. Nope, he had to take most of it to go. I ordered a fish sandwich with pickles & onion, it So good & had French fries dipped in tartar sauce. Yummy!! If we are up that way again, we would definitely stop in again!!

The atmosphere was cozy and the server was so sweet and friendly. I was going to get the stromboli, but decided on the special of the day which was meatloaf. I was not overall happy with my choice. The potatoes and the gravy were delicious and the gravy appeared to be homemade. The mixed vegetable side was not good and it didn’t even look appealing. The meatloaf tasted okay but I couldn’t believe how skimpy it was. It wasn’t even a nice thick slice. It was just some little crumbled pieces. I didn’t complain, this is just my experience. Overall, I thought it was kind of pricey for the quality and amount of food.

Best home town place I’ve stepped foot in! When you walk in you’re not just a customer! You begin to feel like family! Wonderful food! Wonderful atmosphere! Can’t get any better than a locally owned restaurant!! Will forever continue to go and eat here!!

Nice small diner for a small town!
Atmosphere and service were good, friendly waitress and staff. I had the 10″ pizza, tasted good with proper toppings but I’m not a fan of the crust. I like a thin and crispy new York style crust, but that’s just me! My only complaint is the fact there is only one bathroom, a slight inconvenience.
I recommend giving this place a try, many food options to choose from! I’ll be back for sure!
