Extremely friendly! The chicken bacon ranch club was phenomenal as was the banana fofana smoothie. The service was great and the employee told us about surrounding areas to visit since we are from out of town.

The staff are so awesome, they are friendly and helpful! The shakes are amazing and the food that we have tried is so good that even my picky eater loves it. The prices are great too! I love stopping in for a quick bite or drink. They also have merchandise for purchase and a couple arcade games.

Love this health store/ restaurant! The staff is incredible. I stop here regularly for a quick, healthy smoothie. The staff is always so helpful and absolutely spot on with recommendations. So many choices. A definite spot to frequent if you are looking to support local. One negetive is…. I feel bad for this young staff. I was a bit confused on why they are dressed like refs? Hats and all, my wife and I could notice that they were not comfortable wearing them. They have an amazing young staff that would more than likely have even more confidence if they were not dressed like footlocker staff. The products they carry have incredible apparel. Just a thought. Thank you for providing an awesome spot!

We had catering delivered for 57 people. Mark and Carter had each lunch individually labeled and each was made perfectly. They were on time, the portions were huge, and everyone enjoyed them. I highly recommend the Rec Room as a delish local option for single serve and group catering.

Love the food and protein shakes. I have been eating here for around 3 years now, and appreciate a place to get healthy food, at a great price, when I don’t want to cook, which is most of the time. Portion sizes are more than generous. Especially on his salads. One is more than a meal, for sure. Mark is not only great at what he does, but, also remembers the small things on so many of his customers. Like the fact that someone likes mustard on a sandwich, or meltdown sauce on their chicken. And he gives it to you, without you having to ask. True customer service, is giving a customer above and beyond expectations. No one does that better than Mark. The people that work there are all very courteous as well. Kyle, Zack and Lacy. Great additions to the staff.
