Would recommend eating here. Friendly atmosphere. We were there at on off rush hour later afternoon on a Monday. Food came out fast and hot. Gizzards had a good flavor and not chewy. Cheeseburger was a fresh not frozen patty, seasoned with salt and pepper. Swiss burger was the same good simple flavors that are hard to beat.

I’ve been there many times. I’m hooked on the grilled cheese and ham sandwiches and I also get fried okra. There’s a small bar up front, but the place is very family oriented. The staff are friendly and attentive. I’ll return.

I love everything about this place. They have delicious pizza and fantastic burgers. They also have a crispy chicken salad that I really like. They serve hand cut never frozen French fries that are fantastic. They offer lunch specials, the best of which, in my opinion, is the chicken fried steak with potatoes, gravy, and corn. That’s on Friday, and I try to never miss it when I’m in Oberlin. Lest I forget, the prices are great as well. To top it all off, the staff is very friendly. It’s sometimes a little noisy because there is a pool table in the back along with a couple of video games and a juke box. However, this is a restaurant you will be glad you visited. I highly recommend the bacon cheeseburger, the combo pizza, and the crispy chicken salad. Enjoy!

Our waitress “J…” , obviously wanted to be somewhere else. She took our order with a sigh, never checked back to the table after delivering our order. A person in our group of 5 took her glass to the bar for a water refill and was totally ignored. We finally stood at the bar to pay and was totally ignored along with a “to go” order person. She waited on a table/got their drinks/got their straws(going back and forth and continued to ignore us. I asked to pay, rudely she placed the bill in front of me, I gave her a card, which she processed. Still not helping the “to go” person. FORTUNATELY for the Re-Load they have a wonderful owner who does care about her customers!

I couldn’t believe the terrible service we had tonight. Not once were we checked on and the restaurant was not busy for most of the time we were there. We had to go up to ask for refills and our waitress gabbed one her personal phone or spoke to other people she was not serving (she was also on her phone when she initially brought our drinks to our table). It was really disappointing. We love going to the Reload when we come to town, but tonight was ridiculous.
