Brunch at Ravioli Theory . The drinks are amazing, and the food is delicious! You’ve never had chicken and waffles quite like this. The heat of the waffle, with the sweetness of the sweet potatoes and the mouthwatering chicken, is a perfect combination. Each bite was infused with flavor. I will definitely be back for dinner and drinks soon.

Ethan was attentive and friendly. His gracious smile and overall demeanor made one feel at ease.

The Ravioli Theory is… without a doubt— the best restaurant of all time. It is currently (2/7/26) my favorite restaurant in the world. It used to be Island Style in Vegas, but I don’t want to dwell on the past. The bartender or owner even gave me chopsticks, which are my favorite eating utensils exclamation point. Everyone can agree… they are extremely practical. Also, if you have never tried The Ravioli Theory, it might be too late… because you needed to try it Ayer. That joke kills in Spanish. Don’t wanna brag… but I took 5 years of it in high school. And yes, it took me 5 years to finish 4 years of high school. I ain’t no punk. I’m a man. I can admit stuff that’s embarrassing. And I ain’t no snitch either. Let that be on the record. Except we’re gonna have to call security and evacuate the building because the flavor bombs that go off at The Ravioli Theory are str8 up dangerous. Let that be on the record as well. Ayer means ‘yesterday’ in Spanish, for those that were wondering.

One of our favorite restaurants! Such a unique and incredible menu that is reasonably priced. The drinks are amazing and there are so many options. We’ve been several times and have loved every app/entree we’ve had. The katsu chicken sandwich is an all time favorite! If you live in the area this is a must try, if you live far… make the drive.

Really cool place right in Ayer center on Main St, the atmosphere is funky and comfortable. The food was delicious with an interesting menu. We were all so hungry I forgot to take pics of the food! So far or favorites were the Lamb meatballs and the gnocchi! Can’t wait to go back and I’ll try to remember to snap some pics of the food. The chef and staff is super nice, definitely a great vibe♥️

The food was delicious. It was a blend of flavors from different countries! I have never seen a menu so vibrant before. I really enjoyed the tandoori chicken waffle and the tacos I got it with side of potatoes
The cocktails were good too. If you enjoy trying new things this is the place for you. We sat at the bar and service was exceptional. Would love to go back again soon.
The vibe was great

Dining at The Ravioli Theory truly feels like going on a culinary journey. Every dish tells a story, and it’s clear that Chef Terrell Wilson is thoughtfully blending global flavors and techniques into something creative, exciting, and completely memorable.

From start to finish, everything we tried impressed. The Smoldering Fig cocktail was bold and beautifully balanced, and the Global Shot was a fun, unexpected moment. Highlights included the lamb meatballs, crispy roasted Brussels sprouts, and the gochujang focaccia. Both pides (the wild mushroom ricotta and the tandoori chicken) were outstanding, and the tandoori chicken + waffle was a must-order: perfectly spiced, comforting, and unique.

Even the smaller touches stood out, the chimichurri popcorn was addictive, the mussels were cooked perfectly, and pairing it all with Medusa Brewing’s Lazer Cat IPA was the cherry on top.

Creative, thoughtful, and executed beautifully, The Ravioli Theory is a must-visit and a place I’ll absolutely be returning to.

This was our first time at RT. What a great experience! The atmosphere and decor was very nice—bright, welcoming, and friendly. Our server was delightful, friendly, helped us navigate the great menu, made spot on recommendations. The drinks were amazing, delicious and refreshing. Our food came out timely, and hot! Which is something I have not had in many other restaurants. The aromas and flavors were amazing. Overall a fabulous experience and we plan to be back….soon! Great job by the RT team!!

My parents and I came here on a spontaneous whim for brunch because the place we planned to go to was closed. I was very apprehensive at first because I was not expecting such an eclectic menu, but I was truly blown away. This was easily one of the best meals I’ve ever had. We ordered and shared the thai tea french toast, the oxtail breakfast hash, and the bahn mi bap. I studied food and beverage management at Johnson & Wales, and I felt every detail of what I was taught to create a great dining experience. The decor mirrored the eclectic concept of the menu, without being mish-mash-y and overwhelming. The music paired perfectly with the meal. I often find that when a primarily dinner restaurant offers a weekend brunch, the brunch does not necessarily live up to the quality of the dinner, and specifically the coffee is an afterthought. This was our first time here and we cannot wait to return to try the dinner meals based on the amazing quality of the brunch, and the french press coffee was excellent. I have not had many dishes where I can feel the chef’s passion through the food, but I 100% felt that here. Every aspect of each dish was curated with the whole dish in mind. It wasn’t just bacon, it was gochujang candied bacon, and that flavor complemented every other flavor in the dish. Every component of the Thai tea french toast was individually interesting and I was unsure if orange blossom milk syrup would go with the coconut spice butter, but the end result of all the flavors together is perfect. It is clear the chefs spent a lot of time and thought on every dish. We definitely plan to return, and can’t recommend highly enough!
