Wanted this place to be so much better. Food was fresh. Veggies were alright. Baked chicken was delicious. Cornbread was not special and it was too dry. Skip the banana pudding, nothing special about it. The problem is, for a lunch special to cost 16 dollars and some change is kinda ridiculous for what you get…

Well,.let me start out by saying this was a shot in the dark stop. The reviews were pretty good, so after our bussiness in Columbus MS, we decided to eat here for lunch. On Sundays there is only one choice, a Hot Bar. Let me tell ya, the choices were great. I had pork tenderloin, green beans, and sweet potatoes. It was fantastic!!! My wife had barbeque chicken, mac and cheese, and creamed potatoes. She especially loved the mac and cheese. The service was very good. It is definitely a local favorite!!! I will be back someday. Heck,..I just might drive the 1 hour and 17 minutes just to eat here again! I do HIGHLY recommend this establishment!!!
