I will never go to the Ranch again. The staff was overly rude. It took 45 minutes before the server came to take our order. After placing our order the server told us it would take at least a hour and a half before we could get our food. Appetizers came out with the food, the salad that came with the meal was never served. Everyone working there was absolutely rude. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all…I still can’t believe they are in business.

Extremely disappointed in our experience at The Ranch. We made a reservation for our party of 8 and were promptly seated, but that was the best part of our night. We waited an hour and a half from the time we ordered to actually receive our food. My steak had the consistency of a brillo pad. I couldn’t even choke it down. The waitress told us she would “let the chef know.” They did nothing to make it right, no discount, no accountability, no nothing.

The 2 stars was earned by our waitress. She was lovely. We waited 1 hour for 4 people and kept getting told they had a group of 20…. they can seat almost 80-90 people and 20 people is like a shutdown moment. Food wasn’t worth the wait but I was starving and annoyed. We are loyal food loving people who are willing to spend money on drinks and food. And we tip well but we wont be back.
