I had my birthday dinner here, and every moment was amazing! Our server, Sophia I’m pretty sure her name was, was just so over the moon with her charisma and personality, it truly felt like a friend was serving us their favorite dishes. The food itself was also divine, everything had flavours that I never imagined together nor that could be improved. I had their Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken, and it had so many wonderful tastes together that my taste buds were having a rave. For dessert, we had a creme brulee and it was the best I have ever had. Every bite of everything gave me such excitement and joy. And the atmosphere of the restaurant was so peaceful and calm, you could hear your conversations without interrupting others. Overall, an amazing experience that I will definitely be returning to.

My husband and I recently went here and the dinner was the best meal we’ve had in a long time! The Mediterranean Chicken was so delicious full of rich flavor and the fondue was a great appetizer. Our waitress was so accommodating and hats off to the chef. Best restaurant in Chehalis and quite possibly Lewis and Thurston County.

I reserved The Quincy for the rehearsal dinner the night before my son’s wedding and it turned out fabulous in every way. Wonderful historic location and a classy feel. Shelby took the initiative to call me about 3 weeks in advance to firm up details, and we exchanged several emails following the phone call. She totally understood the assignment and provided great guidance and advice! They custom printed menus with the Bride and Groom’s names and wedding colors at no extra cost—a swoon-worthy surprise for them! Her communication was very clear and she followed thru on EVERY discussion. The food was hot and GOOD, the drinks excellent, the salads crisp and the desserts were YUMMY. Because of Shelby’s great communication, our expectations were exceeded! Service was also fabulous! Our crowd of 20+ was full of compliments! It bears mentioning that I was slightly worried about available parking, but there was ample street parking for us at 6:00 on a Thursday evening. You won’t be disappointed!

I’m so excited to have my favorite restaurant back open! New name, new menu items, some the same!! Chef Yasser does an amazing job! The flat iron steak and au gratin potatoes are mouthwatering! And those skinny fries and smash burger? Yum! The BBQ shrimp and smoked salmon are delicious too! The Bread and butter is always a delight! The Summer of 75 cocktail was a winner. Definitely go check out this local gem, whether you’re dressed up or go casual. The Middle Duck is a fun spot too for those 21 and over! ️

Fantastic food and my new favorite stop on I5 between Portland and Seattle. I had the side salad to start which came with a delicious huckleberry vinaigrette, something I’d never tried before. For my main course I had the stuffed Mediterranean chicken which was fantastic. Overall, highly recommend this stop! The decor and ambience were top notch as well.
