The Qui has quickly become one of ‘our spots’. We thoroughly enjoyed ordering off their menu. Every single plate was fresh and delicious. See photos. The meat was quality, the service was prompt, and the environment was alive. We are going to eat there again over Christmas Break, and we are bringing more family members with to try the all-you-can-eat meat and veggies. This restaurant has a great social environment, and brings a smile to the service. You cannot go wrong ordering off their menu, this we know.

We had a fantastic dinner at Q Korean BBQ in the Virginia Gateway Shopping Center. Our server, Do, was absolutely excellent. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond by helping us cook the meat perfectly.
The quality of the meat was outstanding and everything was fresh and flavorful. It was well worth the price for the experience and quality. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great Korean BBQ spot with top-tier service!

Decent side dishes. The pork belly was a bit chewy, but the other meat was good esp the beef bulgogi.
You can do a $20 add on for all you can eat Galbi and a few other items.

We had a group of 8 adults and one child on a Wednesday at noon. Staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us, as most of the group was new to Korean BBQ. We did the AYCE for $39 a person, which was beyond reasonable for the taste and quality. We had the Beef Bulgogi, thick pork belly, top blade steak, shrimp, soy garlic chicken, steamed rice, and more corn cheese than someone should eat. MaiTai was perfectly balanced and delicious. We all stated after we couldn’t wait to return. The child with us, 8 years old and extremely picky, said she rated five stars.

I’ve been coming to this place for a long time, and it’s disappointing to see how much it has changed. The customer service has become very inattentive, and it often feels like the restaurant is severely understaffed. Getting help now takes much longer than it used to, and the overall experience just isn’t the same.
A big reason this place used to stand out was the servers. Many of my favorite servers are no longer here, and it really shows. People like Jabez made this restaurant special, he was always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and great at having genuine conversations with customers. He made you feel valued and happy to be there, and that level of service is really missed.
Another concern is the host stand. There is one person who often seems to be on their phone and comes across as unhelpful and disengaged. From a customer’s point of view, it looks unprofessional and gives the impression that they may be a manager or owner, which is even more concerning. It doesn’t set a good example for the rest of the staff or create a welcoming environment.
I truly hope things improve because this place used to be amazing. With better staffing, more attentive service, and leadership that’s more present and engaged, it could return to being the great spot it once was.

The food here was delicious and the wait time was not bad at all. I had great service and they have TV’s that show K-Pop videos over the bar. It’s a cool spot to come to and enjoy a good meal. Everything I had was good.

First time here and our server James was AMAZING!! We did the all you can eat and let him pick his favorite dishes for us and he did not disappoint us! He was attentive and kept bringing different meats for us to try. The pork and octopus were delicious. We will definitely be back and will be requesting James as our server!

I recently had an incredible experience at this restaurant! It’s an ideal spot for large gatherings, making it easy to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The meats are exceptionally fresh, and the entrees truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were attentive and friendly, adding to the overall enjoyable atmosphere. I also noticed they have a full bar, which seems like a great place for sports enthusiasts to watch and cheer for their favorite teams. I wholeheartedly recommend this place—it’s quickly become my new favorite all-you-can-eat destination!

Went here to eat here tonight at 5:30 pm and was basically turned away. Waitress rudely told me they closed in an hour and asked me and my party if we even wanted to eat here. Like they were bothered to have us there.
We said yes we would still like to eat here and she sighed and told us to wait. She then walked away and started waiting tables leaving us at the entrance for 10 minutes until we realized we would not be served here. I will not be returning after my family and I were turned away. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.
