Food, service, general vibe all a 10/10. Pizza was delicious and came out quickly. Bartender was super nice and accommodating to guests. Vibes are immaculate- playlist was perfect and just loud enough that you could enjoy the music and hear the people you’re with. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Tucked away and very close to the Marriott we found this hidden gem of Newport. Pizza was amazing! We got a traditional, pepperoni. And a specialty which was called Fourth of July. Both made us leave saying we would be back. A must try if you’re looking for good pizza, great atmosphere and casual hometown feel.

My husband and I happened across this spot when staying at the nearby Brenton and were immediately drawn in by the cozy but relaxed vibe! The night we went (Monday) there was a live jazz band playing and it was bottomless spaghetti and meatballs night which was fun and interesting! They also offered a solid list of cocktails as well as some unique menu offerings like ‘shot & a beer.’
We will definitely be back on our next trip to Newport!

We went for music and drinks to the upstairs patio. The live music was very good and the drinks were ok. Our server was great and she took good care of us.
Update: ordered pizza and wings for takeout. The spicy margarita and cheese were excellent. The wings were great. I would recommend the food. Also, the views from the roof top are great.

We got MARRIED at The Quencher – and we loved it! Meaghan coordinated all the details from menu (delicious!) to set-up including some quick transitions of space, and it was an incredible night – she is an event planning queen. Honestly, the entire staff was above and beyond! The upstairs deck was beautiful for the ceremony (50 guests), and all the food was mouthwatering good from the stuffed mushrooms, arancini, and calamari to the entree options (I insisted on including a burger as an option, and it was amazing – yum!) to the late night pizza! While a restaurant may not be a traditional wedding venue, it was perfect for us and everyone at The Quencher made it so!
Bonus: The surrounding area had a number of beautiful spots to take wedding photos while our guests were at the reception.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. My boyfriend and I visited Newport for the first time recently and came here for dinner. Delicious isn’t even the right word, the food is out of this world. Best meatballs we’ve ever had. The staff were so friendly and upbeat. We decided we HAD to go back before we left. Our waitress, Margo, was so sweet! She heard it was our last night and they gave us dessert on the house ❤️ we can’t wait to come back and visit our favorite spot!

Was concerned at first when service was a little slow but ended up being one of the best meals I’ve had in Newport after living here for a year. Drinks were so-so but the pizza and pasta was 10/10 and very well priced. Our waiter was fantastic as well! Don’t miss this spot, especially if you’re enjoying the post-tourist summer

Check their website for the vegan menu. Loved the deep dish veggie “pizza”. Was very good.

Went on a Thursday for trivia night. Fun crowd, good pizza, and solid cocktails. It has that casual waterfront feel that makes you want to stay longer than planned. Definitely good for groups.

One of the best places to have real american food . Staff are really friendly and will take care of you and make sure you have a pleasant dine in experience. Amanda was out host such a fun and happy person. We have ordered homemade spaghetti with tomato sauce and truffle fries. The music also gave the perfect touch to the place.
