The food was generally tasty but seemed overpriced for what you get. For example, the shrimp tempura is delicious but it’s $20 for three pieces of shrimp. The mussels are a larger portion and are delicious. The calamari appetizer is also very good.
I had the burger which was $17 for a just okay burger. Truffle fries were good though, for an upgraded price.
My wife had the short rib special which was tasty but kind of a small portion for $43.
The overall dining experience was really nice, mostly because of the great service. The food is pretty good. I think you’re just paying a premium for the location.
Our 17-year-old son took his girlfriend there for homecoming dinner on Saturday. We had told him to make sure he was ready — check prices, reservations, have enough to tip, the whole parent talk. He chose Quarter Bistro because it’s a place they always drive past, and it felt special to them even though they’d never been.
He came home absolutely glowing! He said the food was amazing, the staff was wonderful, and the atmosphere was perfect — even if, in his words, it was “all older people” . The best part? The manager came out, told them how much he loved seeing young couples there, and took care of their bill.
That kindness meant the world to him — and to us as parents. Thank you so much to the staff and management for such a thoughtful gesture. It made their night unforgettable. ❤️
We’ll definitely be visiting soon ourselves!
Bit right into unmixed CREAMCHEESE! Why is there cream cheese in a lobster roll you ask? Because it’s not a lobster roll. It’s a mix of gas station whitefish seafood salad with added cream cheese. You know, just in case you left your teeth at home and just want order something that doesn’t require chewing. This ungodly mess is served almost frozen on top of cold hotdog buns with 2 tiny tips of canned lobster claws for decoration on top.
Absolutely not a lobster roll.
Absolutely the worst thing I’ve ever bit into. (But I’ve never chewed a wet bandaid so I can only assume)
Absolutely over priced at 18.99 per person.
Thanks for putting me; bagel maker, off cream cheese for maybe the rest of my life.
The bees and mosquitoes can be a nuisance to be weary of that. The “bean”loaf was just meh. The glaze was what can only be described as “ketchup jam” and loaf was a bit bland. Swordfish was delicious with a good sweet kick glaze.
A tad pricey for qty but you’re here for the experience, not just the sustenance.
Great service from Leia and a great experience like always!
Our waitress was the best! The food was amazing! It was also very cool seeing the chef going table to table making sure everyone was satisfied with their meal!
100% recommend.
