The Quarry Restaurant is located in Hingham on a former quarry site. The building draws inspiration from it’s locations former occupants with a stone lounge, complete with seasonal fireplace. The main dining room overlooks the quarry pond and flower lined patio. With cuisine, cocktails & wine to match the ambiance, there is no need to stray far from home for an exceptional dinner.

Waitress was a blast! She cracked lots of jokes and memorized the chef additions to the menu. Seafood chowder, corn bread, angel hair pasta and raw oysters were so good. There is a ton of parking behind the restaurant.

This place is situated on an old quarry. It is very pretty. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Food is really good. I got the swordfish. Very well done with a little crisp on it. It had corn with lobster, which was very tasty. The potatoes were well done, but have no seasoning. Salmon was done really well. Skin was crispy. Rice had something like coconut milk in it, very good. Veggies were good. This place is a little pricey, but worth the money.

My experience at the Quarry was amazing from start to finish. Our server Janine was friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu and attentive without being intrusive. From the beet salad to the swordfish and finally the dessert, everything was made to perfection. The plating was beautiful. Everything that was served to us was very visually appealing and delicious. Kudos to the chef and the entire Quarry team for providing a phenomenal dining experience.

Beautiful restaurant with great ambiance. Had the seafood chowder, poached pear salad with beef tenderloin and apple cider donut dessert. Pretty busy but quiet enough to chat during dinner. Great experience.

This was the first time going here but I found this place nearby and the menu sounded good. Turns out that it was phenomenal. I was so impressed. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Lovely atmosphere, beautiful interior and patio dining areas, timely service, and most importantly, amazing food! I wish I had more leftovers to experience it all again for another day!

This place came highly recommended, did not disappoint. Try the three items pictured, Guinness braised short ribs, the fried shallots made it. Swordfish was good, but the corn was spectacular, roasted with bacon, lobster, and chipotle . Finished with a cider donut Sunday that was also memorable, you will not go wrong with any of these dishes, but the corn is what I’d go back for.

Trying to decide between the swordfish and salmon…waitress said to do the swordfish. She was not wrong! Served with this spicy skillet corn with lobster and the sweet carrots that I asked to sub for the potatoes. Simpicy Devine…do ask for lemon for the fish, though! Followed up with the donut sundae thing they have that was awesome! A new favorite restaurant.

The atmosphere, service & food here are unbelievable! Our waiter was Ryan. We have had him before and he is undoubtedly the BEST server we have had. They now have precautions due to covid such as barriers and sanitizers around the restaurant. For dinner I had the gnocchi bolognese which is to die for! My husband had the scallops which were cooked to perfection! I highly recommend this restaurant & I know we look forward to coming back!

Very nice restaurant. Open and cheery. Seated quickly, great atmosphere. Service was attentive friendly and knowledgeable. Food was delicious and came out promptly. Filet mignon was done to perfection. Worth your time to visit this delightful restaurant.
