Bar-b-que Bliss has come to town and we LOVE it. Quality, value and vibe. I’m in. These sauces are delicious, authentic and original — the signature Q sauce, kakalakey sauce and horseradish sauce. The meat is high-quality and this chef knows how to prepare good food. The portions are large — and even the leftovers are juicy delicious. (I couldn’t finish the ribs there so I had them for breakfast the next day.) Next time I’ll get to the desserts… even if I have to eat original Q cheesecake for breakfast the next day.

Would not go back. Ribs are good but barely warm. Beef sandwich served cold, not room temperature cold, and was small. The staff was fine.
