This is a small little place that has really really good fresh food. My husband loves the fried fish and French fries. One grandson had the shrimp and grits. It was amazing. Another had a cheeseburger that he said was astounding. I enjoyed the chicken salad sandwich with really good onion rings. The onion rings had the thinnest crispiest batter you could ask for.
This is a small and casual restaurant that is really good.
Our server did a great job taking care of our large party

My grandsons and I love this place. They always ask to go. Large portions at a reasonable price. The waitress we had today was awesome. The owners granddaughter is here from California and was so sweet. Love the outdoor seating area.

See this place full every Saturday morning so finally stopped. Took 15 minutes for anyone to even notice that we were sitting at a table. Others came in and were greeted promptly. Server apologized and got us menus & drinks. Food came by different server. Burrito was good and hot. Biscuits and sausage gravy was cold. If there was sausage in that gravy, I couldn’t find it and my goodness, the biscuits were the worst I do believe that I’ve ever had. No server ever returned with a check or how was your meal, we added the bill up and left money on the table. No I was not going to to try and track down the server like the mcguff crime dog to complain while I was there. No idea why it’s always so busy but we won’t be back.

Loved the food and the atmosphere. Casual and relaxing. Bring your appetite for the large portions. Definitely recommend the chicken fried steak and gravy!

Very southern cooking. It’s great as long as that is what you are looking for. The prices are super reasonable. Anyone complaining hasn’t eaten out for more than a couple decades. We went on a busy Saturday morning, lot was full and we thought there might be a wait, but we got a seat right away. Everyone was very friendly. Thus is a very mom-n-pop kind of place. The patio was lovely (even with a couple flies). We will come back to try lunch some other time.

Great food, fantastic service, and friendly atmosphere makes this must try place. The food is delicious with large portion sizes so definitely budget friendly. This is the “Walk of Shame” and has eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, hash browns, and covered in a sausage gravy. I couldn’t finish it all and had leftovers to take home. The server was very attentive and friendly. If u are in this area go try them out and make yourself a regular.

Honestly one of the best little hole-in-the-wall style restaurants you’ll find! Always pleasant and courteous. The food is hot, delicious and always on time! My girlfriend and I absolutely love eating here when we have time off together.

We had breakfast…and it was filling. The menu is moderately priced and you definitely get your money’s worth. There were several of us and our food came out pretty fast and hot. There are inside and outside dining options. I don’t recall seeing anyone outside…ever. it’s small, local, home-cooking. If that’s what you want, then this is the place to go. It reminds me of eating at Grandmother’s house for breakfast. If you get up from the table and you aren’t full, you probably didn’t order the correct meal. I swear that the biscuits and gravy are enough for two. My friends commented that the French toast was enough for two or more. I only wish I had taken pictures!
I’ve only eaten breakfast here, a couple of times. Each time was worth it. If you haven’t already eaten here, stop in. I doubt that you will be disappointed.

The chipped beef and rice was awful. Gravy was watery and very little gravy. Mostly a bowl of rice. Pinto beans were hot spicy and what I understood was said was cornbread looked like a fried a salmon patty. Only good thing was potato salad and the Dr Pepper. Highly disappointed as I’ve eaten there b4… fish n fries I believe and it was delish but not this time.
