This was truly an unforgettable dining experience. Every dish we tried was packed with flavor and perfectly executed. From the Mac & Cheese to the chicken thighs, hot chicken in bao buns, fries, broccolini, chicken parm, and even the wonton nachos—it was all outstanding. Even the peanut butter and jelly burger was surprisingly delicious, though my patties ended up cooked well done instead of medium, it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment. The menu is inventive yet comforting, blending familiar favorites with unexpected twists that keep every bite exciting. The variety and quality of the dishes made it feel like a culinary adventure, and it’s easy to see why this spot leaves such a lasting impression. Every course reinforced that this is a must-visit for anyone who loves bold flavors and creative, satisfying comfort food.

Great place with a great local beer menu. I had a vegan sandwich with some of their homemade potato chips which was amazing but their house made ketchup….wow. great stuff. The staff were nice and very helpful. Their bourbon and whiskey offerings were great as well. Lot of outdoor sitting too.

The service was fantastic, drinks were AWESOME, good was great, music played was essentially my playlist. This place was a great choice by our small out of town crew.
Get the seasonal martini! (Mine was pumpkin spice espresso martini). I had another martini off the regular menu that was great as well.
The mac and cheese was phenomenal – I asked for a little buffalo wing sauce on the side instead of drizzled. It was delicious. The broccolini (topped with garlic, lemon, and parm) was very good, too.
If you’re in the area and not sure what to have for dinner, you cannot go wrong here.

Emily was incredible. She took the time to personalize drinks for us based on what we like, and absolutely nailed it. Every cocktail was balanced, creative, and genuinely delicious. You can tell she’s extremely knowledgeable and truly knows her craft. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill with such great service. We’ll definitely be back because of her.

This restaurant is walkable distance from Nascar hall of fame, excellent for hanging out with a group and to watch sports on giant TV. They got a huge bar and a massive dining area. The restaurant in general has dark ambiance lighting with some sunlight from the front.
I got the waffle and chicken from brunch menu. The waffle was really good but the chicken could have been more moist. The hot chicken biscuit was a good sandwich. We switched my fries for a salad, but then later found out I was charged for it.
The staff were friendly. Food didn’t take too long to come out. It was a decent place to grab a casual quick bite.

Great beer selection. Menu is a bit limited but the options are well made. My steak was so tender it could have been a filet. Plenty of indoor and out door seating.

What a cute place but the service was not what I expected. I sat at the bar and it took a while for anyone to greet me. I was then handed a clipboard with like 6+ pages of taps and drinks. Some of the pages were exactly the same. I had to ask for a food menu. Not one person checked on me during my visit. I had to ask one of the bartenders to order me dessert. Food was tasty and would have given the place better stars if service was better. Seemed to be a good spot for locals as they seemed to have all the bartenders attention.

Stopped in The Public House on S Brevard St in Charlotte to get a quick bite to eat, and because it was on my list of places to check out. I can’t tag it because it doesn’t show up.
Super cool place, excellent bar, great service, great beer selection, and the food was amazing. I had the House Hot Chicken sandwich and it was uh-mazing.
My only gripe is that it was during the different men’s basketball tournaments and they were playing some kind of hip, trendy music (which wasn’t bad, to be fair) rather than the sound for the games. I recognize that’s a me thing, though.
I’d highly recommend. It’s a great place to watch a game, lots of easily viewable big screens.
Cool side note, as I’m typing this up, Sean May walks in with his family. I would have asked for a pic, but I didn’t want to bother them.
Great spot, I’ll definitely be back.

Loved the ambience of the restaurant. Very classy and well presented food. My friends tried the Ahi Tuna , Chicken sandwich and the Salmon. They really enjoyed it and claimed it to be one amongst the best.
Though not vegetarian friendly and they only had a vegetarian choice if chickpeas patty burger which happened to be have frozen fried patty – look alike chicken. Was disappointed a lot as there was no disclaimer and choices were very limited!
Disclaimer: When someone orders, it would be helpful to inform them that it’s not a real chickpea burger but a frozen patty that’s fried and placed between bread. As a vegetarian who relies on fresh veggies and lentils, I was disappointed with the quality and felt unwell for a day after trying the burger. Sorry, but I wanted to be honest so others don’t have the same experience.

Came on a late December weeknight, so less crowded than peak times. Enjoyed sitting outside since it was so warm out. Fast friendly service, and our craft beers were good. Had the wonton nachos but they disappointed. The chicken was mostly at the bottom of the pile of chips for some reason, and those were all overly covered with a strong heavy bbq sauce, a “Kewpie mayo” and some scallions. The bbq sauce was tangy but overpowering and the dish seemed very basic, didn’t finish it. Shared a side of Brussels sprouts which were tasty but a bit soggy. They’d have been great if they’d been crispier; a good serving for the price.
