From the time I was a little girl living on the 400 block of East Chase Street, I set my sights on visiting The Prime Rib Restaurant. I can still picture the elegantly dressed patrons stepping out of their limousines and heading into that stunning establishment while my friends and I were often sent back to our neighborhood I finally made it to The Prime Rib, and it was absolutely breathtaking. This experience was more than worth it! When I walked in the door, I was treated like royalty and escorted right to my seat. As I settled in, I heard the joyful sound of a saxophone playing “Happy Birthday.” Then, I was presented with my gorgeous cake brought by my grandchildren, along with beautiful flowers from everyone. It was truly amazing! Even hours after returning home, I’m still smiling. I had a fantastic night with my family, and I want to say I love you all. Thank you for making this such a memorable evening!The food was absolutely magnificent; every dish we savored was cooked to absolute perfection. It’s no surprise that this establishment has thrived throughout my entire lifetime. Each bite was a delightful journey of flavors, showcasing the skill and dedication of the chefs. The ambiance exuded elegance, just as I had always envisioned it would, with beautifully arranged tables and a warm, inviting atmosphere that perfectly complemented the exquisite cuisine.

I came here on last minute plans for my birthday but I had such an amazing time it was clearly meant to be. I had the mignon and my friend had the lamb and they were both good perfect. My steak had this beautiful crust that I loved. The sides were good but I wish I would have got the corn over the creamed spinach. The cocktails were good as well and the crème brûlée ended the night off well. The pianist was amazing and really set a beautiful atmosphere. I’m really looking forward to coming here again

Thank you to our server, Donny, on Saturday night, who was friendly and charismatic and treated us like guests in his home. Lovely, charming atmosphere with live music. My husband said it was the best prime rib he had ever had. I had the NY strip and added the peppercorn crust with sauce (au poivre). Note to others: it has a very strong pepper taste, so I wanted to give a heads up. Excellently prepared steak. Limoncello was exquisite. A perfect place for a special occasion. I appreciate the entire staff for their hard work.

The order was wrong; the pork should have been well done, but it came medium; the salmon should have been medium, but it was well done; the fries should have been thin, but they came thick. The pork should be plain it came with some sals… the dessert was delicious, the crambulle, I have a painful stomach after eating there. Beautiful place but not for eating.

Get ready to enter into a new world as you walk up to and enter into The Prime Rib. Very cool vibe as you walk in. The paintings are weird but very intriguing. The band was fantastic; piano, trumpet, and guitar.
Crab was phenomenal and truly lump crab.
The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the NY strip was very basic and didn’t match the price tag.
For sides we got lobster Mac n cheese and creamed spinach, both of which were very good.
Overall a really nice experience but you can’t have lackluster steak and charge what you charge for it.

If you’ve ever thought twice about a casino steakhouse, think again! I was blown away by the service from James and Reggie. They made us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant. Tomahawk was cooked perfectly so hands down to the chef Can’t Wait to have another espresso martini

We came to Baltimore for a football trip, and this restaurant became the highlight for me. This place is 5 stars across the board because of the incredible food and impeccable service. Our waiter Jimbo was extremely knowledgeable, witty, and accommodating to our group. His recommendations hit the mark each and every time. The lamb chops were the best I’ve had in my life. The lobster Mac and Cheese was ridiculously good, and of course the Prime Rib was the main event. If I ever find myself in Baltimore again I will come here for sure.
