The lunch was great. I had the Pollo Rustica sandwich(chicken breast w/goat cheese ,onions, peppers and balsamic. It was delicious! The flavors blended together perfectly. I tried fried pickles for the 1st time and they were delicious too! My friend had a chicken flat bread which she loved. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. It was a great lunch!

We stumbled on this place by chance and I am so glad. This is some of the best food I’ve had in years! I got the special which was the Parmesan triple tail over pasta and my boyfriend got the conquistador burger and both were excellent. We aren’t locals but definitely will be coming back when we are in the area again. The staff was so pleasant and so was the atmosphere.

Burger is soooooo good… juicy, flavorful and the fresh bun is spot on. Service was fantastic even though they were busier than usual for the time. Fries weren’t cooked long enough or would’ve been 5*. Menu had a good selection and mix of food. Prices are a little high and comparable to downtown tourist prices. Small place inside so check reservations if busy times. In a shopping center. Plenty of free parking and easy to get to.

Folks. This is the place to have the best burger in Florida. Their onion soup is superb. Good selection of local breweries. Staff is super friendly. If you are in town, this is definitely a hidden gem. Stop by and you will not be disappointed with the Conquistador burger or any other one of their burgers.

Our dinner at The Press was a delicious blend of comfort food and classic favorites.

We started with the lightly breaded calamari, which was crisp on the outside, tender inside, and perfectly seasoned. The breading was light enough to let the fresh flavor of the calamari shine, and the grilled pineapple added just the right touch.

For the main course, my husband went with The Conquistadore Burger—juicy, well-seasoned, and stacked with bold toppings that created a rich, satisfying bite every time – this burger won best of St Augustine. I ordered the Steakhouse Burger, which was equally impressive, boasting a smoky, savory flavor that paired perfectly with its hearty toppings. Both burgers were served on house made buns and came with one side. The daily carrot ginger soup was phenomenal!

Service was prompt and friendly, and the relaxed atmosphere made it easy to enjoy the evening. By the time we left, we were already talking about what we’d try on our next visit.

Rating: ★★★★★ — A great spot for a casual meal with food worth coming back for.

The food was delicious. They make all of their own buns homemade. The staff was friendly, and the service was great. It is a little bit away from the main attractions of St Augustine, but definitely worth the short drive.

First time visiting St. Augustine and we decided to try The Press. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the service was very friendly and welcoming. For an appetizer, we had the Asian Pork Skewers which were tender and packed with flavor. We also ordered the Chicken and Portobello Flatbread, while my husband tried the Pollo Rustico sandwich. Both were absolutely delicious!
The atmosphere had a great local charm that made the experience even better. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you’re in town. We’ll definitely be back!

What an amazing place, very small and quaint. Super friendly and attentive staff. And the food was excellent. We stopped in for a quick bite and it was busy but we were sat right away and the food came out quick. Definitely will return and try everything. We got the special, the datil meatloaf sandwich, the black fish sandwich and the conquistador burger which was excellent. Definitely recommend!!! It’s not cheap but worth it.

One of the best bang for the buck in st Agustine. The food is good as the service. Everything we ordered was crafted and freshly made. The food was served on time and our server was making our lunch be the best. Plenty of parking space. I would prob reserve in sat night or Sunday. Cause is not too big inside. We came Saturday for lunch in Memorial Day weekend and I started to get packed when we left. Def will recommend this place and visit it again. 5 stars
