HS! What a great place! Had breakfast there today. The food and service were great. I had the “de Fib” (LOL!) a chicken fried steak wrapped in bacon with fresh jalapeños on afresh biscuit, covered with sausage gravy. And, oh yes, 2 fried eggs on top! My wife had the breakfast enchiladas. We highly recommend giving this place a try for breakfast or lunch. They’ve been open just under 6 months and doing well.

Some one on a previous of reviewing places for chili burgers recommended this place. We got there and were greeted promptly by a lady there. All the staff were very friendly to us. I ordered the chili burger open faced with just cheese and chili on it. It came with no cheese and the waitress promptly got me some grated cheese. The burger looked pretty good except it had way too much beans which most places that make their own chili make it with no beans. The presentation was very good. The first bit the chili had no taste of chili at all. None of the necessary spices to promote chili. I at most of it because I was hungry but will not come back here. Their menu looks pretty good. This was the 7th place to try and it comes in a 4th out of 7 chili burgers experience in looking for the best chili burger.

Went in to try them out this morning…We were greeted immediately by a very friendly staff….. within a few min we had drinks ordered … The MENU is large !!!!!! Wife ordered the Gand Prix egg scramble …. She loved it.
I ordered the Chicken Fried steak… I am very picky … this placed Killed it. The gravy has some of the best flavor in the valley ,

Great food. Great staff. Got the chicken fried steak. Was exactly what I’d expect. Seasoned just right, nothing fancy and gravy match perfectly. My kid ate most of his food (which is saying something). We’ll be going back for sure. There are so many things on their menu I am looking forward to trying here.

Good food! Great service! Cute place! Might consider fresh jalapenos in the dishes as it might elevate a bit more. We plan on coming back several times to try all the different things on the breakfast menu!

Wife and I checked out this breakfast menu this morning. Wife ordered Eggs Benedict, it came with cheese, which we didn’t realize, but worked pretty well. The hollandaise was on point thick, rich, creamy, and held together, sticks to your ribs. I ordered Tim’s Dug Out which was a good mix and starter to get an idea for this place, comes with 3 small plates on one – steak, eggs, potatoes, & bacon side; potatoes, avocado, sour cream, & mushrooms side; and stuffed French toast, pictured with strawberries and cream. I thought all the food was delicious and I probably ate more than I should have, maybe I’ll skip lunch now, lol. I really liked the amount of condiments on the table, selection of jams, and regular syrup or boysenberry syrup included. This may be our new breakfast go to in eagle when we have friends and family in town! I highly suggest you try it out!

Very good homemade breakfast that arrived quickly with a smile. I love supporting local businesses and this ones worth revisiting. Fun menu with lots of options and very convenient. Couple of minor suggestions; use real homemade corned beef and serve the potatoes crispier. Will be back soon.

Sausage breakfast burrito and I could see two or three pieces of sausage. The sour cream that was slopped ontop looked curdled. Hash browns were burnt. $40 for 2 breakfast burritos that were nasty. Pass

I just had breakfast at this little gem in Eagle. The food is so yummy and the service is great. I had scrambled eggs with onion, tomato and jalapeños, and I ordered a side of sourdough toast. It was really yummy. I totally recommend this place.

We just got back from another delicious meal at the Potholder. The food is tremendous and all of the dishes seems to be homemade. The backstory is really great as well. Family owned and operated always gets my attention. The place is quaint and the service has always been amazing. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!
