My family hosted our son’s 3rd birthday party here and worked with Tiffany to get everything set up. The process was easy and we were very happy with how everything turned out! It was the perfect venue for our guest ages (mix of little kids and their parents). Everyone had fun and appreciated how accommodating and helpful the staff were — from the easy ordering and reserving process to someone offering to walk my crying baby around in her stroller while I got decorations set up. so family friendly and great food too!

Enjoyed an evening here with family. Very welcomed by staff when entering and was asked if we had been there before. Bartender quickly explained how to order drinks and food and made us feel very invited. Nice seating area with cushioned chairs as well as tables and chairs. Play area for kids, family oriented.

We hosted my son’s 40th birthday at The Post on December 27. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We did an afternoon event with drinks and hors d’oeuvres. Our guests were encouraged to bring their small children because there’s an amazing play area . The Post prepared the appetizers and presented them in an attractive manner. Everything was delicious.
Marshall is an amazing chef. Jason, the event planner, was on top of everything and extremely helpful. It was perfect. I highly recommend visiting The Post for a drink and a bite, or hosting an event there.

The Post hosted a birthday party for my wife. We couldn’t be happier. The food was delicious (the Tactical Fries are phenomenal). The atmosphere was laid back and offered our party the chance to have real, casual conversation without talking over loud music. The bar staff were friendly and meet our needs immediately and with a smile. Tiffany’s help organizing the party was greatly appreciated. It was a great evening and is certainly return!

Unfortunately not a great experience for dinner tonight. Our first impression was “wow, this place looks nice”. After that, it all went down hill. It all begins when you walk in the door with zero direction for first time diners. The young woman at the bar area had a unwelcoming demeanor even after we mentioned it was our first visit. Over half of the tables were marked “reserved at 7pm” which we were fine with since it was 5:45pm. Food and drinks are ordered at the bar and then you’re given a number to display at your table. The menu has limited food choices with a larger selection of beer. It took approximately 25 mins to get our food after ordering. The gentleman that brought our food apologized for the delay and said that they had a lot of food to prep for the event that started at 7pm.
I will say that the Ranger Burger was probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! My wife had the Frontline Chicken wrap which she described as “nothing special”. The atmosphere was loud due to all the kids playing in the play area in the rear of the dining room. With it being advertised as “family friendly” that was expected but could deter others. Overall it was ok but we probably won’t be back anytime soon.

I was very excited to try this new place in Ft Thomas! The drinks were amazing and the inside was very cute and rustic. However, it was literally a daycare- there were more kids than adults. Which, is fine if that is what I was expecting, but I was looking forward to a nice lunch. There were probably 10 kids under the age of 5 for every 1 adult there. Just wasn’t what I was expecting when I read their website before going. I think they need an “adults only” section.

I’m usually (and rightfully) hesitant to believe an establishment is truly “5 star,” but the Post was great. I really appreciate that they try to minimize seed oil usage, and the results of that effort definitely shone through in the taste of their food!

The vibe is very relaxed (we came in on a Saturday afternoon), and my wife and I fully anticipate returning with our children to take advantage of the very large recreation area, which seems to have something for every age.

In my opinion, all that is “missing” is a more formal, pub type area with seating at the bar. Perhaps one exists and I just missed it.

Great establishment, would recommend.

Free fun for the kids. While enjoying the awesome food and great selection of draft beer. I got the tuna poke bowl. Husband got the Philly cheese steak(with wiz). Kids got crunchy boneless chicken.. and the fries were cooked and served very crispy. We all loved the food… can’t wait go to back

Was able to watch a full football game their with friends(large space in restaurant) since the kids were having fun with the kids area(they didn’t want to leave.

We recently hosted a surprise birthday party for my mother at The Post Taphouse and it was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations.
The staff went above and beyond to help us pull off the surprise smoothly and made sure every detail was handled with care. They were attentive without ever being intrusive, and their warm, friendly energy truly made the night feel special.
The atmosphere at The Post Tap House was exactly what we wanted—cozy, welcoming, and fun. The space gave us plenty of room to celebrate while still feeling intimate enough for my mom to be surrounded by all the love and laughter of family and friends.
And of course, the drinks and food were fantastic! Everyone raved about the selection, and the quality was top-notch. It really added to the celebration and gave the evening that extra touch of indulgence.
Most importantly, my mother was absolutely thrilled. Seeing the look on her face when she walked in was unforgettable.
If you’re looking for the perfect place to host a celebration in Northern Kentucky, I can’t recommend The Post Tap House highly enough. They helped us create a night we’ll treasure forever!
