I had an amazing meal at The Post in Louisville! The pizza here is fantastic — New York–style with a crispy, perfectly baked crust and flavorful toppings that really hit the spot. Whether enjoying a whole pie or a huge slice, each bite was fresh and delicious, and I loved the variety of options on the menu.
The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable, with a fun, laid-back atmosphere that makes it perfect for casual dinners or a night out with friends. The staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish, making the experience even better. I’d highly recommend stopping by — great food, great service, and a great place to grab a slice!

we always make it a point to get their chicken and waffles pizza every december! it’s phenomenal!! i also enjoy their other monthly special pizzas as well, such as the elote pizza, jalapeño popper pizza, and chicken tikka masala pizza. i have had several of their regular menu pizzas too that i quite enjoy (white flag and new colossus being my faves), and of course the pesto bread and cheese bread are so good too

I ordered a 16” Italian Campaign—all the toppings of a traditional Margherita: basil, tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella.
The pizza came out hot and fresh after 15 minutes. The crust was nice and crispy, and the sauce had a nice flavor. The tomatoes seemed kind of bland. There wasn’t much cheese at all on it—entire slices without a spot of cheese. The fresh mozzarella slices that were on it were sliced so thin it was hard to get a flavor profile.
I came all the way to Louisville to try this joint. I wanted to give it another chance, so I ordered a slice of cheese pizza. This was the size of the 12” pizza my brother ordered and half the price. This cheese slice was much better than the Italian Campaign.
The restaurant was clean. The waiters were friendly. There was a nice outdoor dining area in a fun little neighborhood.
Parking was limited; I had to park down the street a bit.

Neato pizza joint that sells pies and slices.
The bar is cozy and has a great beer/liquor selection. The pizza is always delicious and they offer a slice of the day that is a great deal being that it’s huge and only cost $5.50. Service is snappy. Seating is somewhat limited just depending on the weather and the day.

The post is cool little pizza spot. I’m very simple with pizza I only like cheese. So we got a 16″ cheese pizza and an order of the garlic cheese bread witch was awesome and huge def enough for 2-3 people. The crust was on point crispy and had a good chew to it. The sauce was nice and lite had a good tang. 100% recommend!

I am always searching for a good NY style pizza. We were in Louisville for the weekend and found The Post mainly based on proximity to our Airbnb. What a lucky day. The pizza is AH-mazing! We ordered 3 pizzas to go, but I would definitely go back to eat in. Such a cute spot….and again, amazing pizza! We’ll be back in town in a couple months and will definitely be going back.

Terrific spot! Really good pizza available “by the slice” and the slices are huge!!! Good beer selection and a full bar along with the outdoor seating make this place a 10/10.

We stopped in at The Post for lunch on the day of the Dainty Fest. We ordered a slice of Pizza each with salad and Breadsticks. The waitress also brought us a complimentary slice of the daily special Pizza . It was a pizza with Bologna, dill pickles, chips and mustard in Honor of the official Dainty fest meal of Bologna sandwich, Dill Pickles, Chips and a Beer.. Everything was delicious , the service was absolutely amazing and the prices were definitely decent. I will return and I highly recommend this place.

What a relaxed comfortable atmosphere to go have some really great pizza. I actually couldn’t get it out of my head and went back. The next day and brought my best friend. And we had the calzone. We also got to try the pesto bread. All were so good Restrooms are clean. Probably the only critique I could say that could make this establishment better would be.The menus are kind of hard to read.

Hands down the best New York–style pizza in town! Perfect thin, foldable crust, fresh toppings, and super friendly service. A true hidden gem and my go-to pizza spot. Also, if you aren’t in the mood for pizza they have subs and salads on the menu as well in addition to a nice draft beer list full of local options.
