At The Post, we brew delicious, award-winning beers and fry up the crispiest, juiciest hot chicken around. We serve it with our kitchen’s take on vegetarian and seafood dishes, fresh salads, farm fresh and innovative sides – classics remade for modern times and tastes. We make the traditional, uncommonly memorable
Upbeat, casual spot serving up fried chicken & comfort-food sides, plus house brews & cocktails.

Food was great! I had the buffalo wings with blue cheese, crispy wings and had some veggies on the side. My partner had the fried half chicken with the mash potatoes. The fried chicken really is great (coming from a southern woman) however I’d choose the right time to show up due to low seating availability.
Good selection of beers but I’d definitely incorporate something sweet in the menu as well. Overall the decor had a somewhat farm house theme but only by the bar.
Service was great, no complaints! Thank you!

Visited this restaurant based on a referral from a new friend I met while visiting the Rocky Mountain National Park. My group ordered Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes, a Chicken Sandwich paired with Fries, and a Ceaser Salad. According to my group, the meatloaf tasted okay however, for the price they paid, they wish they had received another side with their meal. The fries were cold, greasy, and limp (view photo). Additionally, the only thing good about the chicken sandwich was the bun. There was barely any lettuce on my Caesar salad. I paid for extra Parmesan cheese. The lettuce that was underneath the cheese was brown (view photo). For these items, we paid over $65.00+ tax. The customer service was friendly enough. We just wish the quality of food matched the expensive price tag. After reading some of the reviews, we were really looking forward to having a good meal.

Came here to try their gluten free options, very impressed with the fried chicken especially. Had the banana pudding tiramisu for dessert and I definitely recommend. I felt very welcomed. The manager Lenora checked up on us and that was a nice touch.

Visited this spot for the first time recently and definitely want to go back to try more of meals they offer. I ordered the chicken and waffles and my partner order the half fried chicken with collected greens and biscuit. The fried chicken was deliciously crispy but so juicy on the inside. The collected greens were perfect and the biscuit crispy and soft. The waffles were the perfect balance of crispy and soft and the black pepper maple syrup paired beautifully with the chicken and waffles. They have a great playlist for music in the background and the beer selection is pretty solid. The staff were super friendly and quick to take care of us. The Post is a bit on the pricey side but I definitely recommend to check this place out as they have a variety of quality options for their signature fried chicken as well as other savory comfort meals to choose from.

Will definitely come back! My brother and I like to check out restaurants that we have never tried before, and I have to say that we truly had the best experience at The Post. The food was delicious, as was the service. The young lady (Sabrina) was even so kind as to let us try the whoopie pie, a personal favorite of hers. Thank you!

We appreciate the exceptional service provided by Teresa. Just like the excellent, marinated overnight fried half bird, all worth waiting for to enjoy. The quality fare includes daily specials like the Thursday in-house chicken pot pie. Join the email list for free beer – the Velvet Elk beer – worth the surprise. A community-oriented restaurant for all to enjoy! Did I mention the exceptional service by Teresa – she will ensure that your meal order and experience is worthy of your continued patronage.

We were lured in after the Erie Brewfest. On-site, in Longmont, was outstanding. Great food, great beer, great atmosphere and Bonnie and Jada (GM) provided outstanding service to my wife and me. Military friendly – We’ll be back!

I have a lot of anxiety eating out since I have food restrictions such as celiac disease. I heard this place was mostly gluten free and my family and I decided to give it a shot. I called before hand to make sure they can accommodate me and they seemed confident they could. My server Kenzie also reassured me on that what I ordered was 100% gluten free. She seemed like she actually cared which was nice. She made notes to the kitchen and said she verbally told them about my allergy so they could be super careful and change gloves when preparing my food. I feel very good about this restaurant and them going above and beyond for me. You guys definitely gained a regular.

Thanks for a fantastic dinner! We love the entire team, but Gino was our server tonight and was great, love his sense of humor. The managers there, Jayda and Lenora, treat their staff so well and are always engaging with their guests, ensuring their comfort. And those chefs and bartenders come up with some fun and delicious specials. Thanks for being one of our go-to places!

My family had such a great experience at The Post in Longmont, thanks to Nicole! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, sweet and funny! She handled a busy shift with grace, she remembered the extra side of ranch I asked for 🙂 Nicole made us feel taken care of. Her recommendations were spot-on ( I have picky eater kids) If you’re dining here, ask for Nicole — she’s fantastic!
