This is a fun bar and grill that features bands mostly from Kansas and local Wichita bands. The owner is awesome and always greets us. We like the live music and glad that they finally get to have bands playing again. You can check out Wichita 360 to see which bands are playing. They are always pretty good and they have a great variety of music.

This has got to be one of my my top 3 bars in Wichita. The atmosphere is great. Live music, karaoke, nice drinks, you can find nice people to have a good conversation. Strategically located. Good place overall.

Awesome live music! Loved Hijinx! The Port has a good dance floor. The bar tenders are great, will remember you and they make good drinks. Four pool tables, so you don’t have to wait all night to play. Overall a good place to have a fun night.

Used to be a great chill dive bar. Lots of locals used to come here. New ownerships advertising as a club = more shoot outs, bar tender rude, drinks not .ade correctly. Diffently wouldn’t recommend this place anymore.

We were there 5-14-16 and they had a live band which was great!! However the staff was really rude! The bartenders had horrible attitudes all night and the DJ was an ass to the band just because they played a drum solo. If I was that band I’d never book another gig there again!! I felt obligated to apologize to the band for the way the DJ treated them and gave them a different location they could go and feel welcome!! Won’t be going back to The Port!!

I’ve been coming here on and off for the last couple of years… more off than on though, to be honest. But almost everytime.. service is a little slow to start but by my second or third drink.. Great times are had by all that come with me. Drinks are poured with experience and the food has always been good! Happy hour is where it is at! I haven’t been there when a music group is playing but I think their setup would make it a Groovy time. Definitely a valuable hidden gem the locals have there. I’ll be back very soon!
