Stopped by on our way back from JMU right off of 81, the cutest place! The aesthetic is so pretty and the coffee tastes great! Plenty of seating but parking can be ifffy. Totally recommend stopping by, there is a wide variety of different drinks!

Just outside Strasburg, VA, next to Shell and Star Market is the charming little Melody’s Porch. Lots of coffee choices and flavors of ice cream. Ellie served up a great Americano coffee with a smile! Ice cream was delicious. Prices are reasonable. Very cool atmosphere with soft music playing, seating in the shade, and a pleasant smell of BBQ from the Star Market. I am looking forward to sitting on the porch enjoying ice cream this summer.

This is definitely one small business that needs a shoutout! The Porch is a cafe, creamery, and coffee shop put together in a very unique space; let’s just say that everything is outside with nature by your side. Besides the coffee and specialty drinks; they also have boba as a option! Another positive thing to mention is the most convenient gas station right next door! This is a excellent pit-stop for road trips; and the outdoorsy and mystical overall theme is picture perfect for a flawless social media hotspot!

Very chill place, nestled in the hills and adjacent to the gast station. My kids and I stopped here on our way through Virginia to go to the mountains, and we encountered this place. They had to have to ice cream, which was generously portioned and very well priced (only $3.50 for two scoops!). Per my son. “It’s AWESOME great music, good service, beautiful place, great drinks and food, definitely coming back “

There you have it. We’re coming back!

okay first of all- i’m OBSESSED with the aesthetic of this place. it’s so comfortable and relaxing. it has a lot of seating, and it’s pet friendly!!! I always order a caramel iced latte everywhere I go, but when I go back, i’m definitely trying more items. they even have bubble tea, which is on my list! the staff was super friendly and personable also. 10/10, will DEFINITELY be back!!

Stopped here randomly on the way home on a ten hour drive. Was the perfect place to take a break and stretch your legs. We were too late to do this part but in the day you can pick fruit and get a boba tea. There’s a very friendly cat, and a cow whose friendliness I can neither confirm nor deny. There’s a little outdoor library. The gas station bathroom was super clean. The woman inside was very nice and I bought some homemade cookies that were incredible. The scenery is insane. So if you are in the area and need a place to get some gas and take a break this is it. We are definitely going to *plan* to stop here again which I’ve never said about gas station/rest stop before so I think it means this place was pretty wonderful.

My family and I stopped here on our way to Massachusetts. We originally just came to get gas, but then decided to go inside and try the pulled pork sandwich—and it was absolutely amazing! This is some of the best pulled pork I’ve had in a very long time. I’ve lived in North Carolina and Mississippi and visited Texas, and this ranks right up there with the best barbecue I’ve ever had. A true hidden gem!

Great stop on a long drive to relax. Little area with books to read. I tried the espresso with ice cream and was blown away. Definitely recommend stopping here and will be returning with others to try the teas and other drinks

The Porch offers an enticing array of delicious coffee, boba tea, and BBQ sandwiches, making it an ideal hangout spot. It’s especially convenient and enjoyable for those traveling towards West Virginia. A personal favorite of mine is their dirty chai. Despite the slow service, the overall experience remains top-notch due to the exceptional customer service; they truly excel at making each customer feel like family.

Cute place to stop for a decent coffee. Home in the wall setup with ample “porch-like” seating.
Mocha that I ordered was quite satisfactory. They target weekend wilderness explorers, the metro folks wandering into the rural Murica. Well, it works. Definitely worth a stop.
