Food was excellent! Meat lovers omelet was seasoned perfectly and not over cooked. Waffle was very good. Table syrup was fine for me because $3 for a little bit of maple syrup seemed steep. We got there the day before they closed for the season. Initial service was great but waiting on refills was a bit long but the place was busy so we won’t hold that against them. Place was clean and the food was reasonably priced.

Food was good and the setting was great overlooking the bay. Kitchen lost our order and we waited over an hour for our food. Waitress was very apologetic and very friendly, but we wished we could have eaten and moved on to enjoy the sightseeing of the island.

My family and I stopped for dinner here and our server was very sweet and genuinely attentive. Unfortunately, the experience was completely overshadowed by what we witnessed in the kitchen, which is visible from the dining area. While waiting for our food, we saw the cook eating directly from the containers used to prepare meals (cheese, fries, etc.), licking her fingers, and then continuing to handle and prepare dishes without washing her hands. This was extremely unsanitary, unprofessional, and a serious health hazard.
We let our server know, and she seemed genuinely sorry this happened, but at that point we decided to leave. We ended up going to Pier Waterfront instead, much better food, a great selection, comparable prices, and an overall atmosphere that was a 10/10.

Came upon this place when touring around the island. It’s a pleasant spot with a dining area and outdoor seating on (of course) the porch. I had haddock fish and chips which was very good, and my wide chose the special of the day, seafood stew. It was incredible with fresh haddock, shrimp, halibut and lobster. Excellent. A nice and affordable stop for lunch when visiting the island.

Went here for dinner today. Our waitress was absolutely lovely and gave us excellent service. Unfortunately, we left feeling very disappointed because of what we saw happening in the kitchen. From our table we could see the cook tasting food and licking her fingers and continuing to prepare dishes without washing her hands. It was very upsetting to see, as it raised concerns about cleanliness. We really wanted to enjoy our meal here, but this experience made it hard for us to want to come back. We ended up leaving before we received our food because of this.

If I could rate 0 I would. Our server was pleasant, but the kitchen is visible from the dining area and the whole time we waited for our food, we watched the cook eating toppings off the assembly line and licking her fingers while preparing and plating food. Our party ended up leaving and going to a different restaurant in the area. Would not recommend eating here as it is extremely unsanitary just from observing the kitchen for 10 minutes.
