Placed an online order with the qr code that is posted all over the establishment. After 40 min went to pick up online order. The person behind the bar said she had nothing to do with online orders and that I had to talk directly with the cooks. Cooks also stated they have nothing to do with online orders and then informed me my order hadnt been started. After waiting another 20 min for order I asked to cancel. They said it would be 2 more minutes. After another 10 min I finally got my order. The entire time the lady behind the bar made excuses as to why the order was never started and stated she had nothing to do with online orders. I would have been happier if they just apologized and said they didnt do the order. Not one time did they take accountability. They even blamed it on door dash. When I didnt even place the order with door dash. I placed it directly through their website. There was no way to cancel the order through their website or I would have just done that.

My family and I had an Amazing time at The Pond. We had so much fun playing sand volleyball. The staff Jenny & Angela did an excellent job. I highly suggest tasting the Pond Punch slushy drink and the wings & fries. Great vibes.

2024 Proven Hoops Boys: Girls Banquet was an absolute success. Immediately when entering The Pond, we were immediately greeted by some coaches there facilitating practice and lead us where to go. I want to extend a sincere thanks to the Samuels family for hosting this wonderful venue with family and friends during the boys and girls proven hoops banquet.
Thank you Angela and Jenny for your hospitality while in attendance, and overall, my family and I along with everyone had an amazing time. Wish we got there earlier. Those slushy drinks are delicious btw

Great atmosphere and great for people who love to enjoy staying active. I must say, it’s an absolute gem for those seeking delicious finger food and beach volleyball! The menu at The Pond offers a fantastic variety of finger foods that are perfect for sharing. The portions are generous, making it perfect for sharing with friends or enjoying a casual meal with family.

What an awesome place to dine and have some fun? This is a must with some friends. Who would have thought cocktails and sand volleyball go so well together? It’s family friendly; I take my 8 year old daughter all of the time so we can burn out some energy and have some fun eats!
