This place had a makeover and doesn’t offer meatballs anymore. It’s a locally sourced seafood place now and it’s good. The alligator nuggets are fresh (not frozen) and local. The burger was sloppy, but good. Good service.

We had been here for a weekend lunch with a noisy bunch, celebrating! It was pretty empty and we all got to sit together. We ordered the spaghetti and meatball, the Chicken Penne Pasta, the vegetarian pizza and the smoked salmon. The spaghetti and meatball was great. It was a basic recipe, but executed well. The meatballs tasted fresh and overall, it was enjoyable. The penne pasta was tasty and creamy! Sometimes the penne pasta tends to taste bland, but this wasn’t. The pizza and the fish was great too! It was a great place to spend a lot of time. The lake outside adds to the overall likability of this place. Enjoyed it to the fullest!

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The burger and catfish bites are to die for. The GM gave me a menu tour was so helpful and friendly. I think this new restaurant will be a success!!! Can’t wait to go back. Our server gave us such great customer service and was attentive to our needs!!

Absolutely love this place! Food was fantastic! This is my second time there, The kicken chicken was delicious and The Big Pound burger was fantastic! Definitely would recommend. Staff was super friendly and food came out fresh and hot. Drinks were great as well. Bartender knows how to make a fantastic drink.

Paying for our drinks took entirely too long and even got scolded by server in regards to he didn’t know what we were paying for. Just left our cash on bar and said figure it out.
On another occasion ordered a cup gumbo and rice was not cooked full. It was over priced for the quality and quantity.
Atmosphere is nice. Just employees need to take job a bit more professionally for this kind of establishment.

This was our first time visiting. Man, what we were waiting for?! Such a pleasant little place in the heart of Sugar Mill Pond (Youngsville). Service was great!! Atmosphere was quiet enough for a nice conversation with friends. Classic Italian cuisine, some with a Cajun flare. Our food came out perfectly! 1/2 price wine on Wednesdays makes buying a bottle affordable. Front end manager came to check on us. She was SUPER sweet and personable. We will absolutely be back!

Friends and I were ate lunch outdoor, foods was great but a server was not good at all, he wasn’t served us good at all, he took our foods while we’re still eating ‘em without asking or ask if we need to go plates, just took our food without our permission. But we still left a good tips on him even he wasn’t smile or say any words to us. For sure will comeback someday but I hope a server will be change or at least smile while serve the customers.

My wife and I went on a whim. Next time (soon if we have our way) will be planned. Food and service was outstanding. Our wonderful server (Shelby) was friendly, knowledgeable and a great host. We had a Avacado Cabrise for an appetizer that was delicious. My better half got the Chicken Florentine while I ordered a combo pizza with a twist. Both were really good. We ordered a build your own pizza (to go) for our grandson at home. He too remarked that “he would like to join us next time”. So, we’ll be back.

My first time going and I wasn’t very pleased. I waited a good 10 to 15 minutes before I seen a worker. However, even thought it was a rough start, the bartender was nice and my food came out quick. Food was delicious.

New name, new menu. Service was great. The fried items were well cooked but the batter needed seasoning. Burgers can be ordered with a lettuce wrap rather than a bun which is so helpful for people watching carbs. Will return for another visit.
