Excellence is the best way to describe the team of this very new restaurant. We had a party of 12 which turned into 16 within the hour and this restaurant team came together and made the impossible happen. We all sat together and laughed and had an amazing time. The service was fantastic from the greeting at the door to the table derive and refilling of our waters. Drinks on point and food was delicious. This restaurant would be comparable to the yellow pony which is on site as well to the world equestrian Center however it is much larger and can accommodate larger parties. Samantha was our server and she was amazing. Rick and David were instrumental in making our last minute reservation happen, we are grateful and had an amazing experience. Give this restaurant a try you won’t be disappointed.

It is simply amazing that there is so much opportunity for fun and multiple dining experiences at WEC in Ocala. We took some visiting out-of-state guests to The Polo Pony last night and they already can’t wait until their next trip here! We were welcomed by the staff, and stories were shared about the property and future development. The service, food, and atmosphere were all incredible. Very very pleased with our night out! After a little mix up at the newly opened Polo Pony restaurant at the new Equestrian Manor hotel, World Equestrian Center in Ocala, we were re-seated by our fabulous host, Rick. He took the time to fix our problem, get us a new table, and assured that our service was great. Yanilette was an excellent server who always had a smile, was on the ball, and made sure we were happy. The folks that work there are caring and professional, yet friendly and down to earth. The restaurant is huge with several large dining areas, two bars, and an outside dining area. The decor is lavish, yet tasteful and inviting with comfortable chairs. The food was so awesome! I had the lobster rolls and they were to die for! OMG! Talk about a ton of buttery soft lobster piled high on warm buttery buns! They were appetizers yet could have been the main event! My husband had some tasty chicken wings that he loved. We will definitely return. Looking forward to the next visit photo of the hotels main staircase in lobby, and one of a dining area and bar inside the restaurant. Go visit!

We had a pleasure to have great time and delicious lunch while visiting Prevost coach show. Started with glass of champagne and old fashion. We shared 3 different sandwiches, Hamburger was my favorite, Ham & Brie was tasty as well, reuben had planty of meat inside.
Finished up at Emma’s Patisserie, highly recommend both places.
I loved the attention to details, it’s always great to enjoy both food and service!

My friends and I went to have dinner there tonight and watch the Super Bowl. Simply stated, it was outstanding. Our server Jordan was amazing. Attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Our bartender Liam knows how to make a great drink. The food was delicious and the atmosphere is perfect. By far the best dining experience we’ve had in Ocala. Cudos to the entire staff for making this experience so memorable.

I forget that they have an abridged chief back there. I should’ve ordered my burger Medium well like I like it. I ordered well because most places will under cook. Anyhow, my fault. Still great. Bartender was fantastic. Love the looks of it. Great job guys

Best Valentine’s dinner in a long time. Food and Service at the Polo Pony surpassed even Vegas and New York.
Our server Tara was amazing. She provided exceptional service and top notch suggestions.
We had a burger, stake, lobster rolls, and drinks.
Ended the night with a delicious smores cheesecake.

I never write reviews but I promised my amazing server Rachel that I would give an honest review of my experience. It was nothing short of PERFECT, she recommended the crab and corn chowder and a glass of Chardonnay that paired perfectly with the appetizer. For Entrees she helped me decide between the Burger or Osso Bucco, she chose the Osso Bucco with a Robert Mondavi and it was PHENOMENAL — mouth watering to look at, big, savory, and delicious. For Dessert we had the 16 Layer Chocolate cake, which comfortably was shared between me and my family. The entire staff was attentive, service is unreal, and the restaurant itself is unlike anything in Ocala. The service and experience of the restaurant makes the pricing worth it. We will be back very soon and will ask for Rachel each time!!

Polo Pony was honestly such an amazing experience. The atmosphere is beautiful and everything just feels so well done and elevated, but still super welcoming. The food was incredible and you can tell they really care about quality.
Our server, Britni, made the whole night even better. She was so kind, attentive, and genuinely made us feel taken care of the entire time. She gave great recommendations and had the perfect balance of being helpful without ever being overbearing.
Definitely one of my favorite spots in Ocala—highly recommend, and if you can, ask for Britni!!
