I was in town on business from Texas and wanted a good breakfast place featuring local cuisine before I went home. This place perfectly fit the bill. I had the crab cake eggs Benedict. The crab cakes were freshly made, the egg was perfectly poached with runny yoke as you cut into it, and the hollandaise brought it altogether with the delicious tanginess. The staff was friendly and attentive. The place doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it’s a clean authentic diner style on the inside. Highly recommended!

Absolutely incredible. Wish I had a bigger stomach to try their country fried steak, and egg nog stuffed French toast….but im forever inclined to get the poked yolk. Raspberry/peach jam to go along with the toast.

Went for the first time last week on a Saturday. The wait was only a few minutes. The restaurant is pretty small but it wasn’t loud or overwhelming. A basic family diner. Server was fast and polite. Food came out quickly. My order was wrong and staff were very apologetic and offered to remake. Even after I declined theh sent me home with the “right order.” I am happy about the “wrong order” because it was better than ehat I wanted. Prices are very good. Portions are very good. Food tastes great. I got a custom omelet and home fries. Good combination of cooked, but not crispy/burned, and creamy, without being soupy. I liked it.

This place has very good prices. The veggie hash and three little pigs omelet were good. However, the home fries were not completely cooked through, the 50 cents extra for onions and peppers was not worth it. The pancake tasted somehow sour, we could not eat it.
Some of the waitstaff was very attentive, unfortunately our main waitress didn’t seem to care for us. We were told the jam of the day was strawberry pineapple (which was on our table) yet the table next to us had raspberry?

So worth the visit! We went at 10 am and waited about 10 minutes for a table. Very smooth operation. We had our food and beverages very quickly. Top notch wait staff!

Great, attentive service. Food came out fast & waitress was on top of refills/checking-in. Build your own omelette w/ 3 things for $12 before tip, great deal & definitely worth it! Best breakfast place around!

I didnt get pictures because I couldn’t wait to devour the deliciousness. Amy was our waitress. Such a wonderful energy she has, along with the other staff. I ordered off the gluten free menu. No reactions! It’s difficult trusting restaurants due to cross contamination, but with this place there was no worries. Be sure to let them know you are gluten free. They use blue plates for gluten free, white plates for regular.

We had a great experience overall, no complaints! The staff were friendly and we got our food very quickly. My husband and I had the tuna melt and burger. I forgot the name of the burger but it was the one with the egg. Everything was delicious! I highly recommend. We came in late morning on a Friday and we didn’t have to wait to be seated.

Food is always of good portion size, tasty for the most part but my home fries were overdone and super crisped throughout, I was literally crunching on some of em. Server also seemed to be ushering us out and kept being passive aggressive about it. We weren’t planning to sit til close but it was very clear that it wasn’t going to be an option anyhow. Atmosphere was fine, restaurant and utensils were clean and there were no rowdy guests even if some were a bit nosey. Overall,I’d eat here again

We love it here. Daily home made jam for toast is the best, which ever flavor they make is amazing!
