Great food and even better customer service! Had an issue with an order I placed one evening and reached out to the store for help. I was given the manager’s cell and told to calm him directly, which I did. He took ownership of my issue, identified the problem, offered the solution I was hoping for and even went above and beyond to make sure I came back and gave them another shot to do it right. Mistakes happen, but this manager did not sit back and justify it, instead, he was proactive and showed he cared about the service they sell, and not just their food. Kudos to manager Carlos!! This place is definitely worth it, and I strongly recommend them!!

I bought these products and the bag arrived torn, the food all mixed up. I don’t feel safe eating this food at all. I don’t know if it was the establishment or the delivery person. But I’m very disappointed because it wasn’t cheap and now I’m in the middle of an online exam, hungry and unable to eat something I bought to save time.

Fresh & Flavorful Experience at The Poké Company!
I had the small bowl with Salmon at The Poké Company in Boca Raton, and it was incredibly delicious! The salmon was fresh, and every ingredient complimented each other perfectly. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant had a welcoming vibe. Highly recommend for a top-notch poke experience!

This was first time at The Poke Company located in West Mizner. Paris prepared my bowl with a lot of patience ! I ordered a large bowl with spicy tuna and ahi tuna over brown rice. I had most on the add ins and she picked the healthy sauce. The place was clean and bright and the teanm members were friendly and helpful – superior customer service ! The tuna bowl was delicious !

This has become my go to poke spot since they opened their Boca Raton location and I’ve always had a pleasant experience with delicious high quality ingredients. Their fish is always fresh and the way you can customize your bowl makes the meal feel extra special. Highly recommend if you like feeling nourished and healthy after a meal.

An explosion of flavors in every bite! I had the tuna bowl and it was absolutely delicious and almost enough for two meals. All the ingredients are fresh and exotic. They even offer seaweed salad which has to be prepared daily. Do your body a favor and eat lunch here.

I’ve been a loyal Pokey customer for years, spending my money consistently, and this is how I was treated. I called the Pokey store at 555 North Federal Highway, Deerfield Beach, FL because my order had been messed up not once, not twice, but THREE times. I was promised a refund, which is the ONLY reason I called back.
When I spoke to Steven, he was completely unprofessional from the start. He answered the phone like he was at home, not at work, and instead of helping, he flat-out accused me of lying. He kept saying, “That’s impossible, no one could have told you that,” as if I’m supposed to know who works there or who is authorized to say what. I don’t work there. I’m the customer.
Being treated like a liar or a thief after multiple mistakes on their end is beyond unacceptable. The arrogance, disrespect, and lack of accountability were shocking.
I will never order from Pokey again, and I strongly warn anyone considering this location: if something goes wrong, expect blame instead of solutions. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

Delicious, amazing place! The service is very good, and fast. The staff is friendly and very attentive. The variety of ingredients is really interesting, and they are very fresh. Also, the price is good for a tasty and healthy meal.
The place is comfortable for having lunch there, but you can also get your order to go. If you stay, you can ask for a glass to have water, which is really nice if you are trying to avoid sugar.

I go to poke jay regularly and just tried these guys last night. I got maybe 2oz of salmon with my regular sized poke bowl, barely enough to consume 1/3 of the rice in the bowl… they also skimped big time on the mango. It’s not justifiable or acceptable with the price they’re charging, especially when their competitors just up the street give you 3x the toppings for the same price. If there isn’t enough protein to eat all the rice, it’s a shotty poke bowl. Definitely will not be back.
