I happened upon this gem while waiting for my son’s lacrosse practice, and boy am I so glad I did!

My food was recommended by my colleague and it was amazing.. I’ve tried their new pokey fries and the owner was soo friendly, welcoming and polite… after I shared that it was recommended blah blah then he suggested me something he came up with few days ago(i forgot the name) but it was amazing as well.. definitely recommend it if you want something new beyond your regular green salad.. do jot forget to try their drinks, a bit sweet but they can make it better for your experience and I loved it.. worth of trying and will try again soon

These guys are awesome. Wonderful spot to go for food and just hang out. The food is fantastic and better than a lot of the bowls I have had. Super clean! These guys are on top of everything. Fresh foods, cleaning everything constantly. The atmosphere makes you want to stay. The food so good you’ll want more, except you’re full. Get some to go… it will become a craving!

Absolutely loved it. Fresh ingredients, gentleman working explained everything since we were first time customers. Made us feel welcomed, I mean how many places will wish you a happy birthday. Let us know it was no rush to decide what we were getting and even helped our little one with a smoothie bowl. Loaded her up with her favorites.
